Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

ان سے کہو”جو قصُور ہم نے کیا ہواس کی کوئی باز پرس تم سے نہ ہوگی اور جو کچھ تم کر رہے ہو اس کی کوئی جواب طلبی ہم سے نہیں کی جائے گی1۔“

  1. اوپر کی بات سامعین کو پہلے ہی سوچنے پر مجبور کر چکی تھی۔ اس پر مزید ایک فقرہ یہ فرما دیا گیا تاکہ وہ اور زیادہ تفکر سے کام لیں۔ اس سے ان کو یہ احساس دلایا گیا کہ ہدایت اور گمراہی کے اس معاملے کا ٹھیک ٹھیک فیصلہ کرنا ہم میں سے ہر ایک کے اپنے مفاد کا تقاضا ہے۔ فرض کرو کہ ہم گمراہ ہیں تو اپنی اس گمراہی کو خمیازہ ہم ہی بھگتیں گے، تم پر اس کی کوئی پکڑ نہ ہو گی۔ اس لیے یہ ہمارے اپنے مفاد کا تقاضا ہے کہ کوئی عقیدہ اختیار کرنے سے پہلے خوب سوچ لیں کہ کہیں ہم غلط راہ پر تو نہیں جا رہے ہیں۔ اسی طرح تم کو بھی ہماری کسی غرض کے لیے نہیں بلکہ خود اپنی ہی خیر خواہی کی خاطر ایک عقیدے پر جمنے سے پہلے اچھی طرح سوچ لینا چاہیے کہ کہیں تم کسی باطل نظریے پر تو اپنی زندگی کی ساری پونجی نہیں لگا رہے ہو۔ اس معاملے میں اگر تم نے ٹھوکر کھائی تو تمہارا اپنا ہی نقصان ہو گا، ہمارا کچھ نہ بگڑے گا۔

آپ ﷺ کہیے کہ تم سے نہیں پوچھا جائے گا ہمارے جرائم کے بارے میں اور نہ ہی ہم سے پوچھا جائے گا تمہارے اعمال کے بارے میں۔

Commentary

آیت 25 { قُلْ لَّا تُسْئَلُوْنَ عَمَّآ اَجْرَمْنَا } ”آپ ﷺ کہیے کہ تم سے نہیں پوچھا جائے گا ہمارے جرائم کے بارے میں“ تم سمجھتے ہو کہ ہم نے نیا دین گھڑ لیا ہے ‘ ہم نے تمہارے معبودوں کو جھٹلایا ہے اور ہم نے تمہارے خاندانوں میں پھوٹ ڈال دی ہے اور یوں ہم بہت سنگین جرائم کے مرتکب ہو رہے ہیں۔ لیکن اس حوالے سے تم لوگ خاطر جمع رکھو ‘ ہمارے ان جرائم کے بارے میں تم سے پوچھ گچھ نہیں ہوگی۔ اپنے ان ”جرائم“ کا حساب ہم خود ہی دیں گے۔ یہاں پر مخالف فریق کو گمراہ کہنے کے بجائے دونوں میں سے کسی ایک فریق کی گمراہی کی بات کر کے اور ان کے الزام کے مطابق جرائم کو خود اپنی طرف منسوب کر کے ”حکمت ِتبلیغ“ کا بہت اہم سبق سمجھایا گیا ہے۔ { وَلَا نُسْئَلُ عَمَّا تَعْمَلُوْنَ } ”اور نہ ہی ہم سے پوچھا جائے گا تمہارے اعمال کے بارے میں۔“ تبلیغ کا حکیمانہ اسلوب ملاحظہ ہو ‘ جہاں اپنے لیے لفظ ”جرم“ استعمال ہوا ہے ‘ وہاں مخالف کے لیے صرف ”عمل“ کا ذکر کیا گیا ہے تاکہ کسی کی مخالفانہ عصبیت کو انگیخت کا بہانہ نہ ملے اور کسی کے اندر اگر کچھ سوچنے اور غور کرنے کی آمادگی پائی جاتی ہو تو اس کا دروازہ بند نہ ہونے پائے۔
