اُن کے معاملہ میں ابلیس نے اپنا  گمان صحیح پایا او ر انہوں نے اُسی کی پیروی کی ، بجُز ایک تھوڑے سے گروہ کے جو مومن تھا1

  1.  تاریخ سے یہ بات معلوم ہوتی ہے کہ قدیم زمانے سے قوم سبا میں ایک عنصر موجود تھا جو دوسرے معبودوں کو ماننے کے بجائے خدائے واحد کو مانتا تھا۔ موجودہ زمانے کی اثری تحقیقات کے سلسلے میں یمن کے کھنڈروں سے جو کتبات ملے ہیں ان میں سے بعض اس قلیل عنصر کی نشان دہی کرتے ہیں۔ 650 قبل مسیح کے لگ بھگ زمانے کے بعض کتبات بتاتے ہیں کہ مملکت سبا کے متعدد مقامات پر ایسی عبادت گاہیں بنی ہوئی تھیں جو ذُسمو ی یا ذوسماوی (یعنی رب السماء) کی عبادت کے لیے مخصوص تھیں۔ بعض مقامات پر  اس معبود کا نام ملکن ذُ سموی(وہ بادشاہ جو آسمانوں کا مالک ہے ) لکھا گیا ہے۔ یہ عنصر مسلسل صدیوں تک یمن میں موجود رہا۔ چنانچہ 378 ء کے ایک کتبے میں بھی الٰہ دوسموی کے نام سے ایک عبادت گاہ کی تعمیر کا ذکر ملتا ہے۔ پھر 465 ء کے ایک کتبے میں یہ الفاظ پائے جاتے ہیں: بنصرور داالٰھن بعل سمین وارضین ( یعنی اس خدا کی مدد اور تائید سے جو آسمانوں اور زمین کا مالک ہے )۔ اسی زمانہ کے ایک اور کتبے میں جس کی تاریخ 458 قبل مسیح ہے اسی خدا کے لیے رحمان کا لفظ بھی استعمال کیا گیا ہے۔ اصل الفاظ ہیں بردا رحمنن(یعنی رحمان کی مدد سے )۔

آیت 20 { وَلَقَدْ صَدَّقَ عَلَیْہِمْ اِبْلِیْسُ ظَنَّہٗ } ”اور یقینا ابلیس نے ان کے بارے میں اپنا گمان سچ کر دکھایا“ { فَاتَّبَعُوْہُ اِلَّا فَرِیْقًا مِّنَ الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ } ”سو ان سب نے اس ابلیس کی پیروی کی ‘ سوائے مومنین کی ایک جماعت کے۔“
