  17. الرَّحِیْمُمہربان ہے
  18. الْغَفُوْرُبخشنے والا ہے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

جو کچھ  زمین میں جاتا ہے اور جو کچھ اُس سے نکلتا ہے اور جو کچھ آسمان سے اُتر تا ہےاور جو کچھ اُس میں چڑھتا ہے، ہر چیز کو وہ جانتا ہے، وہ رحیم اور غفور ہے۔1

  1. یعنی ایسا نہیں ہے کہ اس کی سلطنت میں اگر کوئی شخص یا گروہ اس کے خلاف بغاوت کرنے کے باوجود پکڑا نہیں جا رہا ہے تو اس کی وجہ یہ ہو کہ یہ دنیا اندھیر نگری اور اللہ تعالیٰ اس کا چوپٹ راجہ ہے، بلکہ اس کی وجہ یہ ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ رحیم ہے اور درگزر سے کام لینا اس کی عادت ہے۔ عاصی اور خاطی کو قصور سرزد ہوتے ہی پکڑ لینا، اس کا رزق بند کر دینا، اس کے جسم کو مفلوج کر دینا اس کو آناً فاناً ہلاک کر دینا، سب کچھ اس کے قبضے میں ہے، مگر وہ ایسا کرتا نہیں ہے۔ یہ اس کی شان رحیمی کا تقاضا ہے کہ قادر مطلق ہونے کے باوجود وہ نا فرمان بندوں کو ڈھیل دیتا ہے، سنبھلنے کی مہلت عطا کرتا ہے، اس جب وہ باز آ جائیں، معاف کر دیتا ہے۔

Bayan-ul-Quran

وہ جانتا ہے جو کچھ زمین میں داخل ہوتا ہے اور جو کچھ اس سے نکلتا ہے اور جو کچھ آسمان سے نازل ہوتا ہے اور جو کچھ اس میں چڑھتا ہے اور وہ نہایت رحم کرنے والا بہت بخشنے والا ہے۔

Commentary

آیت 2 { یَعْلَمُ مَا یَلِجُ فِی الْاَرْضِ وَمَا یَخْرُجُ مِنْہَا وَمَا یَنْزِلُ مِنَ السَّمَآئِ وَمَا یَعْرُجُ فِیْہَا } ”وہ جانتا ہے جو کچھ زمین میں داخل ہوتا ہے اور جو کچھ اس سے نکلتا ہے اور جو کچھ آسمان سے نازل ہوتا ہے اور جو کچھ اس میں چڑھتا ہے۔“ { وَہُوَ الرَّحِیْمُ الْغَفُوْرُ } ”اور وہ نہایت رحم کرنے والا ‘ بہت بخشنے والا ہے۔“
