  1. لَىِٕنْالبتہ اگر

  3. یَنْتَهِباز آئے

  16. یُجَاوِرُوْنَكَوہ ہمسایہ رہیں گے آپ کے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اگر منافقین ، اور وہ لوگ جن کے دلوں میں خرابی ہے1 ،  اور وہ جو مدینہ میں ہیجان انگیز افواہیں پھیلانے والے ہیں2،  اپنی حرکتوں سے باز نہ آئے تو ہم ان کے خلاف کارروائی کرنے کے لیے تمہیں اُٹھا کھڑا کریں گے ، پھر وہ اس شہر میں مشکل ہی سے تمہارے ساتھ رہ سکیں گے

  1.  ’’ دِل کی خرابی ‘‘ سے مراد یہاں دو قسم خرابیاں ہیں۔ ایک یہ کہ آدمی اپنے آپ کو مسلمانوں میں شمار کرنے کے باوجود اسلام اور مسلمانوں کا بدخواہ ہو۔ دوسرے یہ کہ آدمی بدنیتی ، آوارگی اور مجرمانہ ذہنیت میں مبتلا ہو اور اس کے ناپاک رجحانات اس کی حرکات و سکنات سے پھُوٹے پڑتے ہوں۔

  2.  اس سے مُراد وہ لوگ ہیں جو مسلمانوں میں گھبراہٹ پھیلانے اور ان کے حوصلے پست کرنے کے لیے آئے دن مدینے میں اس طرح کی خبریں اُڑایا کرتے تھے کہ فلاں جگہ مسلمانوں کو بڑی زک پہنچی ہے اور فلاں جگہ مسلمانوں کے خلاف بڑی طاقت جمع ہو رہی ہے اور عنقریب مدینہ پر اچانک حملہ ہونے والا ہے۔ اس کے ساتھ اُن کا ایک مشغلہ یہ بھی تھا کہ وہ خاندان نبوت اور شرفائے مسلمین کی خانگی زندگی کے متعلق طرح طرح کے افسانے گھڑتے اور پھیلاتے تھے تاکہ اس سے عوام میں بدگمانیاں پیدا ہوں اور مسلمانوں کے اخلاقی اثر کو نقصان پہنچے۔

Bayan-ul-Quran

اگر باز نہ آئے یہ منافق اور وہ لوگ جن کے دلوں میں روگ ہے اور جو مدینہ میں سنسنی پھیلانے والے ہیں تو (اے نبی ﷺ !) ہم آپ کو ان پر اکسا دیں گے پھر وہ آپ ﷺ کے پڑوسی بن کر اس (شہر) میں نہیں رہ سکیں گے مگر بہت تھوڑا عرصہ۔

Commentary

آیت 60 { لَئِنْ لَّمْ یَنْتَہِ الْمُنٰفِقُوْنَ وَالَّذِیْنَ فِیْ قُلُوْبِہِمْ مَّرَضٌ} ”اگر باز نہ آئے یہ منافق اور وہ لوگ جن کے دلوں میں روگ ہے“ { وَّالْمُرْجِفُوْنَ فِی الْْمَدِیْنَۃِ } ”اور جو مدینہ میں سنسنی پھیلانے والے ہیں“ منافقین کی عادت بن گئی تھی کہ وہ ماحول میں سنسنی پھیلانے کے لیے طرح طرح کی من گھڑت ہیجان انگیز افواہیں پھیلاتے رہتے تھے۔ ان افواہوں سے ان کا مقصد مسلمانوں کا حوصلہ پست کرنا اور ان کی اخلاقی ساکھ کو گرانا ہوتا تھا۔ انہیں خبردار کرنے کے لیے فرمایا گیا کہ اگر یہ لوگ ان حرکات سے باز نہ آئے : { لَنُغْرِیَنَّکَ بِہِمْ } ”تو اے نبی ﷺ ! ہم آپ کو ان پر اکسا دیں گے“ ہم آپ ﷺ کو ان کے خلاف بھر پور اور موثر اقدام کرنے کی اجازت دے دیں گے اور آپ ﷺ کے ہاتھوں انہیں سزا دلوائیں گے۔ { ثُمَّ لَا یُجَاوِرُوْنَکَ فِیْہَآ اِلَّا قَلِیْلًا } ”پھر وہ آپ ﷺ کے پڑوسی بن کر اس شہر میں نہیں رہ سکیں گے مگر بہت تھوڑا عرصہ۔“
