اللہ کی اجازت سے اس کی طرف دعوت دینے1 والا بنا کر اور روشن چراغ بناکر

  1. یہاں بھی ایک عام مبلغ کی تبلیغ اور نبی کی تبلیغ کے درمیان وہی فرق ہے جس کی طرف اوپر اشارہ کیا گیا ہے۔ دعوت اِلی اللہ تو ہر مبلّغ دیتا اور دے سکتا ہے ، مگر وہ اللہ کی طرف سے اِس کام پر مامور نہیں ہوتا۔ اس کے برعکس نبی اللہ کے اذن (Sanction )سے دعوت دینے اُٹھتا ہے۔ اس کی دعوت نری تبلیغ نہیں ہے بلکہ اس کے پیچھے بھی اس کے بھیجنے والے ربّ العالمیں کی فرمانروائی کا زور ہوتا ہے۔ اسی بنا پر اللہ کے بھیجے ہوئے داعی کی مزاحمت خود اللہ کے خلاف جنگ قرار پاتی ہے ، جس طرح دُنیوی حکومتوں میں سرکاری کام انجام دینے والے سرکاری ملازم کی مزاحمت خود حکومت کے خلاف جنگ سمجھی جاتی ہے۔

اور اللہ کی طرف بلانے والا اس کے حکم سے اور ایک روشن چراغ بنا کر

Commentary

آیت 46 { وَّدَاعِیًا اِلَی اللّٰہِ بِاِذْنِہٖ وَسِرَاجًا مُّنِیْرًا } ”اور اللہ کی طرف بلانے والا اس کے حکم سے اور ایک روشن چراغ بنا کر۔“ یہاں پر بِـاِذْنِہٖ کا لفظ خصوصی اہمیت کا حامل ہے۔ اس کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ رسول لوگوں کو اللہ کی طرف بلانے کے لیے ”مامور من اللہ“ ہو کر آتا ہے۔ ویسے تو اللہ کا جو بندہ بھی لوگوں کو اللہ کی طرف بلاتا ہے وہ داعی الی اللہ ہے ‘ لیکن ایک عام داعی اور ایک رسول کی دعوت میں زمین و آسمان کا فرق ہے۔ یہ فرق اس مثال سے سمجھئے کہ حفظانِ صحت کے اصولوں کا خیال رکھنا ہر شہری کا فرض ہے۔ یہ گویا اصول شہریت ہے اور عام طور پر گلی محلے میں ایک دوسرے کو اس کی تلقین بھی کی جاتی ہے ‘ اجتماعی طور پر بھی خیال کیا جاتا ہے کہ ماحول صاف رہے اور آلودگی نہ پھیلے ‘ اور اس کوشش کے اثرات معاشرے کے اندر کسی نہ کسی حد تک نظر بھی آتے ہیں۔ لیکن ان تمام کوششوں کا مقابلہ یا موازنہ اس محکمے کے ساتھ نہیں کیا جاسکتا جسے حکومت کی طرف سے خصوصی اختیارات کے ساتھ حفظانِ صحت کے اصولوں پر عمل درآمد کی ذمہ داری سونپی گئی ہو ‘ اس محکمے کے چھوٹے بڑے کارندے اسی کام پر مامور ہوں اور اسی کام کی تنخواہ لیتے ہوں۔ اسی طرح سے ملک کے دفاع کی مثال لی جاسکتی ہے۔ ہر شہری کا فرض ہے کہ وہ اپنی استطاعت کے مطابق خود کو دفاعِ وطن کے لیے تیار رکھے ‘ لیکن اس فرض کی ادائیگی کے لیے جب باقاعدہ ایک فوج تیار کی جاتی ہے تو اس کی ذمہ داری کی نوعیت مختلف ہوتی ہے۔ چناچہ اس پہلو سے زیر مطالعہ آیت میں بِاِذْنِہٖ کے لفظ سے رسالت کے فرضِ منصبی کی اہمیت کو خصوصی طور پر اجاگر کیا گیا ہے کہ اے نبی ﷺ آپ کوئی عام داعی نہیں ہیں بلکہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے آپ کو اس کام کے لیے خصوصی طور پر مامور کر کے بھیجا ہے۔
