اِذْجب
جَآءُوْكُمْوہ آئے تمہارے پاس
مِّنْسے
فَوْقِكُمْتمہارے اوپر
وَمِنْاور سے
اَسْفَلَنیچے کی طرف
مِنْكُمْتمہارے
وَاِذْاور جب
زَاغَتِکج ہوگئیں
الْاَبْصَارُنگاہیں۔ پھر گئیں نگاہیں
وَبَلَغَتِاور پہنچ گئے
الْقُلُوْبُدل
الْحَنَاجِرَحلق کو
وَتَظُنُّوْنَاور تم گمان کر رہے تھے
بِاللّٰهِاللہ کے بارے میں
الظُّنُوْنَابہت سے گمان
۟

Tafheem-ul-Quran

جب وہ اُوپر سے اور نیچے سے تم پر چڑھ آئے۔¹ جب خوف کے مارے آنکھیں پتھراگئیں، کلیجے مُنہ کو آگئے، اور تم لوگ اللہ کے بارے میں طرح طرح کے گمان کرنے لگے

اس کا ایک مطلب تو یہ ہو سکتا ہے کہ ہر طرف سے چڑھ آئے۔ اور دوسرا مطلب یہ بھی ہو سکتا ہے کہ نجد اور خیبر سے چڑھ کر آنے والے اوپر سے آئے ، اور مکہ معظمہ کی طرف سے آنے والے نیچے سے آئے۔
