Commentary (one passage for ayahs 32:5, 32:6)
آیت 5 یُدَبِّرُ الْاَمْرَ مِنَ السَّمَآءِ اِلَی الْاَرْضِ کائنات کے انتظامی امور کی منصوبہ بندی اللہ تعالیٰ کے ہاں ہزار سال کے حساب سے کی جاتی ہے ‘ جیسا کہ اگلے جملے میں واضح کیا جا رہا ہے کہ اللہ کا ایک دن ہمارے ہزار سال کے عرصے کے برابر ہے۔ اس منصوبہ بندی کے اندر لیلۃ القدر گویا انسانی کیلنڈر کے حساب سے متعلقہ سال کے بجٹ سیشن کا درجہ رکھتی ہے۔ اس سالانہ بجٹ میں فیصلے کیے جاتے ہیں کہ متعلقہ سال کے اندر دنیا میں انسانوں کے لیے کون کون سے امور کس کس طرح نمٹائے جائیں گے۔ انہی فیصلوں کی تعمیل و تنفیذ کے لیے آسمانوں سے فرشتوں کا نزول ہوتا ہے جس کا ذکر سورة القدر میں آیا ہے۔ثُمَّ یَعْرُجُ اِلَیْہِ پھر فرشتے ان احکام کی تعمیل سے متعلق اپنی اپنی رپورٹس اللہ کے حضور پیش کرتے ہیں۔فِیْ یَوْمٍ کَانَ مِقْدَارُہٓٗ اَلْفَ سَنَۃٍ مِّمَّا تَعُدُّوْنَ ۔یہ مضمون اپنی اہمیت کے پیش نظر قرآن حکیم میں دو دفعہ آیا ہے۔ چناچہ سورة الحج میں کفار کی طرف سے عذاب کی جلدی مچانے کے جواب میں یوں وضاحت فرمائی گئی : وَاِنَّ یَوْمًا عِنْدَ رَبِّکَ کَاَلْفِ سَنَۃٍ مِّمَّا تَعُدُّوْنَ اور یقیناً ایک دن آپ ﷺ کے رب کے نزدیک ایک ہزار برس کی طرح ہے جیسے تم لوگ گنتی کرتے ہو۔ جبکہ یہاں اللہ تعالیٰ کی تدبیر امر کے سلسلے میں ایک بنیادی اصول کے طور پر بتایا گیا ہے کہ اللہ کے ہاں جو فیصلے ہوتے ہیں ان کی منصوبہ بندی ایک ہزار سال کے عرصے کے مطابق کی جاتی ہے۔
