Commentary
آیت 19 وَاقْصِدْ فِیْ مَشْیِکَ ”یہ میانہ روی اقتصاد صرف ظاہری چال ہی میں نہیں بلکہ زندگی کی مجموعی ”چال“ میں بھی مطلوب ہے۔ خصوصی طور پر قرآن میں معیشت کی میانہ روی پر بہت زور دیا گیا ہے۔ مثلاً سورة الفرقان میں بندۂ مومن کی پختہ mature اور متوازن شخصیت کی خصوصیات میں سے ایک خصوصیت یہ بیان کی گئی ہے : وَالَّذِیْنَ اِذَآ اَنْفَقُوْا لَمْ یُسْرِفُوْا وَلَمْ یَقْتُرُوْا وَکَانَ بَیْنَ ذٰلِکَ قَوَامًا۔ ”اور وہ لوگ کہ جب وہ خرچ کرتے ہیں تو نہ اسراف کرتے ہیں اور نہ بخل سے کام لیتے ہیں بلکہ ان کا معاملہ اس کے بین بین معتدل ہوتا ہے۔“ وَاغْضُضْ مِنْ صَوْتِکَ ط ”خصوصی طور پر کسی بحث و تمحیص کے دوران اونچی آواز میں چیخنے کے بجائے ٹھوس دلیل کے ساتھ پر وقار انداز میں گفتگو کرو۔ کیونکہ عام طور پر بحث کرتے ہوئے آدمی اونچی آواز میں چیخ چیخ کر اس وقت بولتا ہے جب اس کے پاس کوئی دلیل نہ ہو۔ گویا وہ آواز کے زور سے اپنی دلیل کی کمی پوری کرنا چاہتا ہے۔اِنَّ اَنْکَرَ الْاَصْوَاتِ لَصَوْتُ الْحَمِیْرِ ”خواہ مخواہ بلند آواز سے بولنے میں انسان کی کوئی بڑائی نہیں ہے۔ اس میں اگر کوئی بڑائی ہوتی تو اس کا سب سے زیادہ مستحق گدھا قرار پاتا جس کی آواز غیر معمولی طور پر بلند اور زور دار ہوتی ہے ‘ جبکہ حقیقت یہ ہے کہ گدھے کی آواز سب آوازوں سے زیادہ مکروہ اور ناپسندیدہ سمجھی جاتی ہے۔ چناچہ ایک معقول انسان کو زیب نہیں دیتا کہ وہ گدھے کی طرح چلاّ چلا کر گفتگو کرے ‘ بلکہ بات چیت میں انسان کا بہتر طرز عمل یہی ہے کہ وہ تحمل سے گفتگو کرے اور گفتگو میں وزن پیدا کرنے کے لیے علمی و عقلی دلیل کا سہارا لے۔
