  1. كُلُّہر
  2. نَفْسٍنفس
  3. ذَآىِٕقَةُچکھنے والا ہے
  4. الْمَوْتِ ؕموت کو
  5. وَاِنَّمَااور بیشک
  6. تُوَفَّوْنَتم پورے کر کے دیے جاؤ گے
  7. اُجُوْرَكُمْاپنے اجر
  8. یَوْمَدن
  9. الْقِیٰمَةِ ؕقیامت
  10. فَمَنْتو جو کوئی
  11. زُحْزِحَدور کیا گیا۔ ہٹا دیا گیا
  12. عَنِسے
  13. النَّارِآگ
  14. وَاُدْخِلَاور داخل کردیا گیا
  15. الْجَنَّةَجنت میں
  16. فَقَدْتو تحقیق
  17. فَازَ ؕوہ کامیاب ہوا
  18. وَمَااور نہیں
  19. الْحَیٰوةُزندگی
  20. الدُّنْیَاۤدنیا کی
  21. اِلَّامگر
  22. مَتَاعُسامان
  23. الْغُرُوْرِدھوکے کا

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

آخر کار ہر شخص کو مرنا ہے اور تم سب اپنے اپنے پورے اجر قیامت کےروز پانے والے ہو۔ کامیاب دراصل وہ ہےجو وہاں آتشِ دوزخ سے بچ جائے اور جنت میں داخل کر دیا جائے۔ رہی یہ دنیا، تو یہ محض ایک ظاہر فریب چیز ہے۔1

  1. یعنی اس دُنیا کی زندگی میں جو نتائج رُونما ہوتے ہیں انہی کو اگر کوئی شخص اصلی اور آخری نتائج سمجھ بیٹھے اور اُنہی پر حق و باطل اور فلاح و خُسران کے فیصلے کا مدار رکھے تو درحقیقت وہ سخت دھوکہ میں مُبتلا ہو جائے گا۔ یہاں کسی پر نعمتوں کی بارش ہونا اس بات کا ثبوت نہیں ہے کہ وہی حق پر بھی ہے اور اسی کو اللہ کی بارگاہ میں قبولیت بھی حاصل ہے۔ اور اسی طرح یہاں کسی کا مصائب و مشکلات میں مُبتلا ہونا بھی لازمی طور پر یہ معنی نہیں رکھتا کہ وہ باطل پر ہے اور مرد ود ِ بارگاہِ الہٰی ہے۔ اکثر اوقات اس ابتدائی مرحلہ کے نتائج اُن آخری نتائج کے برعکس ہوتے ہیں جو حیاتِ ابدی کے مرحلہ میں پیش آنے والے ہیں۔ اور اصل اعتبار اُنہی نتائج کا ہے۔

Bayan-ul-Quran

ہر ذی نفس کو موت کا مزہ چکھنا ہے اور تم کو تمہارے اعمال کا پورا پورا بدلہ تو قیامت ہی کے دن دیا جائے گا تو جو کوئی بچالیا گیا جہنم سے اور داخل کردیا گیا جنت میں تو وہ کامیاب ہوگیا اور یہ دنیا کی زندگی تو اس کے سوا کچھ نہیں کہ صرف دھوکے کا سامان ہے۔

Commentary

آیت 185 کُلُّ نَفْسٍ ذَآءِقَۃُ الْمَوْتِ ط موت تو ایک دن آکر رہنی ہے۔ وَاِنَّمَا تُوَفَّوْنَ اُجُوْرَکُمْ یَوْمَ الْقِیٰمَۃِ ط فَمَنْ زُحْزِحَ عَنِ النَّارِ وَاُدْخِلَ الْجَنَّۃَ فَقَدْ فَازَ ط اَللّٰھُمَّ رَبَّنَا اجْعَلْنَا مِنْھُمْ اے اللہ ! ہمیں بھی ان لوگوں میں شامل فرمانا !
