یہ وہی لوگ ہیں جو خود تو بیٹھے رہے او ران کے جو بھائی بند لڑنے گئے اور مارے گئے ان کے متعلق انہوں نے کہہ دیا کہ ا گروہ ہماری بات مان لیتے تو نہ مارے جاتے ان سے کہو اگر تم اپنے قول میں سچے ہو تو خود تمہاری موت جب آئے اُسے ٹال کر دکھا دینا

یہ وہ لوگ ہیں جو خود تو بیٹھے رہے اور اپنے (شہید ہوجانے والے) بھائیوں کی نسبت کہا کہ اگر وہ بھی ہمارے ساتھ آگئے ہوتے تو قتل نہ ہوتے تو (اے نبی ﷺ ان سے کہیے اچھا اگر تم (اپنے اس قول میں) سچے ہو تو اپنی جانوں سے موت کو ہٹا کر دکھا دو

آیت 168 اَلَّذِیْنَ قَالُوْا لِاِخْوَانِہِمْ وَقَعَدُوْا لَوْ اَطَاعُوْنَا مَا قُتِلُوْا ط قُلْ فَادْرَءُ وْا عَنْ اَنْفُسِکُمُ الْمَوْتَ اِنْ کُنْتُمْ صٰدِقِیْنَ کیا تم اپنے آپ سے موت کو ٹال لو گے ؟ خود موت سے بچے رہو گے ؟ کیا موت تمہیں اپنے گھروں میں نہیں آئے گی ؟
