  1. قَالَتْبولی
  2. اِحْدٰىهُمَاان میں سے ایک
  3. یٰۤاَبَتِاے میرے ابا جان
  4. اسْتَاْجِرْهُ ؗاجرت پر رکھ لیجئے اس کو
  5. اِنَّبیشک
  6. خَیْرَبہترین
  7. مَنِجس کو
  8. اسْتَاْجَرْتَآپ اجرت پر رکھیں/ نوکر رکھیں
  9. الْقَوِیُّجو مضبوط ہو
  10. الْاَمِیْنُجو امانت دار ہو

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

ان دونوں عورتوں میں سے ایک نے اپنے باپ سے کہا”ابّا جان، اِس شخص کو نوکر رکھ لیجیے، بہترین آدمی جسے آپ ملازم رکھیں وہی ہو سکتا ہے جو مضبوط اور امانتدار ہو۔“1

  1. ضروری نہیں  کہ یہ بات لڑکی نے اپنے باپ سے حضرت موسیٰؑ کی پہلی ملاقات کے وقت ہی کہہ دی ہو۔ اغلب یہ ہے کہ  اس کے والد نے اجنبی مسافر کو ایک دو روز اپنے پاس ٹھیرا لیا ہوگا اور اس دوران میں کسی وقت بیٹی نے  باپ کو یہ مشورہ دیا ہوگا ۔ اس مشورے کا مطلب یہ تھا کہ آپ کی کبر سنی کے باعث مجبوراً آدمی ہے، ہر طرح کی مشقت کرلے گا۔ اور بھروسے کے قابل آدمی ہے ۔ محض اپنی شرافت کی بنا پر اس نے ہم عورتوں کو بے بس کھڑا دیکھ کر ہماری مدد کی۔ اور کبھی ہماری طرح نظر اُٹھا کر نہ دیکھا۔

ان دونوں میں سے ایک نے کہا : ابا جان ! آپ ان کو ملازم رکھ لیں یقیناً بہترین آدمی جسے آپ ملازم رکھیں وہی ہوسکتا ہے جو طاقتور اور امین ہو

Commentary

آیت 26 قَالَتْ اِحْدٰٹہُمَا یٰٓاَبَتِ اسْتَاْجِرْہُز ”اِسْتَاْجَرَ ”اج ر“ مادہ سے باب استفعال ہے۔ ”مُسْتأجِر“ وہ شخص ہے جو کسی کو اجرت پر ملازم رکھے ‘ جبکہ اجرت پر کام کرنے والے کو عربی میں ”آجر“ یا ”اَجِیر“ کہا جاتا ہے ہمارے ہاں عام طور پر آجر کے معنی اجرت دینے والا یا ملازم رکھنے والا کے لیے جاتے ہیں جو غلط ہیں۔ بہر حال عربی میں یہ دونوں الفاظ ہم معنی ہیں۔ ”اَجِیر“ صفت مشبہ ہے اور ”آجر“ اسم الفاعل۔اِنَّ خَیْرَ مَنِ اسْتَاْجَرْتَ الْقَوِیُّ الْاَمِیْنُ ”حضرت موسیٰ علیہ السلام کی شخصیت کی یہ دونوں خصوصیات ان بچیوں کے مشاہدے میں آچکی تھیں۔ انہوں نے دیکھ لیا تھا کہ جب ان کی بکریوں کو پانی پلانے کے لیے آپ علیہ السلام کنویں کی طرف بڑھے تھے تو آپ کا ڈیل ڈول دیکھ کر کسی چرواہے نے آپ علیہ السلام سے الجھنے کی جرأت نہیں کی تھی اور سب نے بلا چون و چرا آپ علیہ السلام کو پانی پلانے کا موقع دے دیا تھا۔ اس کے علاوہ ان بچیوں کو آپ علیہ السلام کے شریفانہ رویہ سے آپ علیہ السلام کی امانت داری کا تجربہ بھی ہوچکا تھا۔ کسی مردکاسامنا کرتے ہوئے ایک شریف عورت فطری طور پر اس کی نظر کے بارے میں بہت حساسّ ہوتی ہے۔ آپ علیہ السلام نے چونکہ لڑکیوں سے بات چیت کرتے ہوئے ان کی طرف نظر اٹھا کر بھی نہیں دیکھا ‘ اس لیے انہوں نے آپ علیہ السلام کی امانتداری کی گواہی دی کہ جس شخص کی نگاہ میں خیانت نہیں ہے وہ کسی اور معاملے میں بھی خیانت نہیں کرے گا۔
