  1. حَتّٰۤییہاں تک کہ
  2. اِذَاجب
  3. جَآءُوْوہ سب آجائیں گے
  4. قَالَاللہ تعالیٰ پوچھیں گے
  5. اَكَذَّبْتُمْکیا جھٹلایا تم نے
  6. بِاٰیٰتِیْمیری آیات کو
  7. وَلَمْاور نہیں
  8. تُحِیْطُوْاتم نے احاطہ کیا تھا
  9. بِهَاان کا
  10. عِلْمًاعلم کے اعتبار سے
  11. اَمَّاذَایا کیا کچھ
  12. كُنْتُمْتھے تم
  13. تَعْمَلُوْنَتم عمل کرتے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

یہاں تک کہ جب سب آجائیں گے تو (ان کا ربّ ان سے)پوچھے گاکہ”تم نے میری آیات کو جھُٹلا دیا حالانکہ تم نے ان کا عِلمی احاطہ نہ کیا تھا؟1 اگر یہ نہیں تو اور تم کیا کر رہے تھے؟2“

  1. یعنی تمہارے جھٹلانے کی وجہ یہ ہر گز نہیں تھی کہ کسی علمی ذریعہ سے تحقیق کر کے تمہیں معلوم ہو گیا تھا کہ یہ آیات جھوٹی ہیں۔ تم نے تحقیق اور غور و فکر کے بغیر بس یونہی ہماری آیات کو جھٹلا دیا؟

  2. یعنی اگر ایسا نہیں ہے تو کیا تم یہ ثابت کر سکتے ہو کہ تم نے تحقیق کے بعد ان آیات کو جھوٹا ہی پایا تھا اور  تمہیں واقعی یہ علم حاصل ہو گیا تھا کہ حقیقت نفس الامری وہ نہیں ہے جو ان آیات میں بیان کی گئی ہے؟
