Tafheem-ul-Quran

اے نبیؐ ، اِن کےحال پر رنج نہ کرو، اور نہ اِن کی چالوں پر دِل تنگ ہو1

  1. یعنی تم نے سمجھانے کا حق ادا کر دیا۔ اب اگر یہ نہیں مانتے اور اپنی حماقت پر اصرار کر کے عذابِ الہٰی کے مستحق بننا ہی چاہتے ہیں تو تم خواہ مخواہ ان کے حال پر کُڑھ کُڑھ کر اپنی جان کیوں ہلکان کرو۔ پھر یہ حقیقت و صداقت سے  لڑنے اور تمہاری اصلاحی کوششوں کو نیچا دکھانے کے لیے جو گھٹیا درجے کی چالیں چل رہے ہیں اُن پر کبیدہ خاطر ہونے کی تمہیں کیا ضرورت ہے ۔ تمہاری پشت پر خدا کی طاقت ہے ۔ یہ تمہاری بات نہ مانیں کے تو اپنا ہی کچھ بگاڑیں گے۔ تمہارا کچھ نہیں بگاڑ سکتے۔

Bayan-ul-Quran

(اے نبی ﷺ !) آپ ان پر رنجیدہ نہ ہوں اور جو چالیں یہ چل رہے ہیں ان پر دل تنگ نہ کریں

Commentary

آیت 70 وَلَا تَحْزَنْ عَلَیْہِمْ وَلَا تَکُنْ فِیْ ضَیْقٍ مِّمَّا یَمْکُرُوْنَ ”مکہ کے ماحول میں چونکہ رسول اللہ ﷺ کو شدید مخالفت اور دباؤ کا سامنا تھا ‘ اس لیے مکی سورتوں میں یہ مضمون بار بار دہرایا گیا ہے۔ سورة النحل کی آیت 127 میں یہ مضمون بالکل انہی الفاظ میں آیا ہے ‘ جبکہ سورة الشعراء میں اس حوالے سے حضور ﷺ کو مخاطب کر کے یوں فرمایا گیا ہے : لَعَلَّکَ بَاخِعٌ نَّفْسَکَ اَلَّا یَکُوْنُوْا مُؤْمِنِیْنَ ”اے نبی ﷺ ! شاید آپ ہلاک کردیں گے اپنے آپ کو اس لیے کہ یہ لوگ ایمان نہیں لا رہے“۔ بہر حال مشرکین مکہ کے مخالفانہ رویے ّ کے باعث حضور ﷺ کو بار بار تسلی دی جاتی تھی کہ آپ ﷺ نے ان تک ہمارا پیغام پہنچا کر ان پر حجت قائم کردی ہے اور یوں آپ ﷺ نے اپنا فرض ادا کردیا ہے۔ اب آپ ﷺ ان کی پروا نہ کریں اور نہ ہی ان کے بارے میں رنجیدہ ہوں۔ یہ لوگ عذاب کے مستحق ہوچکے ہیں۔ ہماری تدابیر ان کی چالوں کا احاطہ کیے ہوئے ہیں۔ ہماری قدرت کے سامنے ان کی سازشیں کامیاب نہیں ہو سکیں گی۔
