آیت 66 بَلِ ادّٰرَکَ عِلْمُہُمْ فِی الْاٰخِرَۃِقف ”یعنی یہ لوگ آخرت کی حقیقت کو سمجھ نہیں پا رہے۔بَلْ ہُمْ فِیْ شَکٍّ مِّنْہَاقف بَلْ ہُمْ مِّنْہَا عَمُوْنَ ”اگرچہ یہ لوگ زبانی طور پر آخرت کا اقرار بھی کرتے ہیں اور دوبارہ جی اٹھنے پر بظاہر ایمان بھی رکھتے ہیں ‘ لیکن عملاً وہ اس کے منکر ہیں۔ عملاً انہیں آخرت کی زندگی کو سنوارنے یا قیامت کے احتساب سے بچنے کی کوئی فکر نہیں ہے۔ اس دنیا میں اپنے کل کی فکر انسان کو ہر وقت دامن گیر رہتی ہے ‘ کہ کل کیا کھانا ہے اور باقی ضروریات کیسے پوری کرنی ہیں۔ اس لیے کہ اسے کل کے آنے پر پختہ یقین ہوتا ہے۔ اسی طرح اگر اسے واقعی یقین ہو کہ مرنے کے بعد اسے دوبارہ زندہ ہونا ہے اور یہ کہ آخرت کی زندگی ہی اصل زندگی ہے تو اس کے لیے وہ لازماً فکر مند بھی ہوگا اور اسے بہتر بنانے کی کوشش بھی کرے گا۔ لیکن کسی انسان کو عملاً اگر اس کی فکر نہیں ہے اور وہ اس کے لیے کوشش بھی نہیں کر رہا تو اس کا صاف مطلب یہ ہے کہ اسے اس کے بارے میں یقین نہیں ہے۔
