اور لوگوں سے کہا گیا”تم اجتماع میں چلو گے؟1

  1.  یعنی صرف اعلان و اشتہار ہی پر اکتفا نہیں کیا گیا بلکہ آدمی اس غرض کے لیے چھوڑے گئے کہ لوگوں کو اکسا اُکسا کر یہ مقابلہ دیکھنے کے لیے لائیں۔ اس سے معلوم ہوتا ہے کہ بھرے دربار میں جو معجزات حضرت موسیٰ نے دکھائے تھے ان کی خبر عام لوگوں میں پھیل چکی تھی اور فرعون کو یہ اندیشہ ہو گیا تھا کہ اس سے ملک کے باشندے متاثر ہوتے چلے جا رہے ہیں۔ اس لیے اس نے چاہا کہ زیادہ سے زیادہ لوگ جمع ہوں اور خود دیکھ لیں کہ لاٹھی کا سانپ بن جانا کوئی بڑی بات نہیں ہے ، ہمارے ملک کا ہر جادوگر یہ کمال دکھا سکتا ہے۔

آیت 39 وَّقِیْلَ للنَّاسِ ہَلْ اَنْتُمْ مُّجْتَمِعُوْنَ ”اس کے بعد عوام میں بھی منادی کرائی گئی کہ وہ بھی طے شدہ وقت کے مطابق مقررہ جگہ پر پہنچ جائیں۔
