Surah 26, ayah 167

  1. قَالُوْاانہوں نے کہا
  2. لَىِٕنْالبتہ اگر
  3. لَّمْنہ
  4. تَنْتَهِتو باز آیا
  5. یٰلُوْطُاے لوط
  6. لَتَكُوْنَنَّالبتہ ت ضرور ہوجا
  7. مِنَسے
  8. الْمُخْرَجِیْنَنکالے جانے والوں میں (سے)

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

انہوں نے کہا”اے لُوطؑ ، اگر تُو اِن باتوں سے باز نہ آیا تو جو لوگ ہماری بستیوں سے نکالے گئے ہیں اُن میں تُو بھی شامل ہو کر رہے گا۔“1

  1.  یعنی تجھے معلوم ہے کہ اس سے پہلے جس نے بھی ہمارے خلاف زبان کھولی ہے یا ہماری حرکتوں پر احتجاج کیا ہے ،یا ہماری مرضی کے خلاف کام کیا ہے ، وہ ہماری بستیوں سے نکالا گیا ہے۔ اب اگر تو یہ باتیں کرے گا تو تیرا حشر بھی ایسا ہی ہو گا۔ سورہ اعراف اور سورہ نمل میں بیان ہوا ہے کہ حضرت لوطؑ کو یہ نوٹس دینے سے پہلے اس شریر قوم کے لوگ آپس میں یہ طے کر چکے تھے کہ اَخْرِجُوْٓ ا اٰلَ لُوْطٍ مِّنْ قَرْ یَتِکُمْ اِنَّھُمْ اُنَاسٌ یَّتَطَھَّرُوْنَ  O ’’لوطؑ اور اس کے خاندان والوں اور ساتھیوں کو اپنی بستی سے نکال باہر کرو۔ یہ لوگ بڑے پاک باز بنتے ہیں۔ ان ’’صالحین‘‘ کو باہر کا راستہ دکھاؤ‘‘۔
