Tafheem-ul-Quran

جو زمین میں فساد برپا کرتے ہیں اور کوئی اصلاح نہیں کرتے۔“1

  1.  یعنی اپنے  ان امراء و رؤساء اور ان رہنماؤں اور حاکموں کی اطاعت چھوڑ دو جن کی قیادت میں تمہارا یہ فاسد نظام زندگی چل رہا ہے۔ یہ مُسرف لوگ ہیں ، اخلاق کی ساری حدیں پھاند کر شتر بے مہار بن چکے ہیں۔ ان کے ہاتھوں ے کوئی اصلاح نہیں ہو سکتی۔ یہ جس نظام کو چلائیں گے اس میں بگاڑ ہی پھیلے گا۔ تمہارے لیے فلاح کی کوئی صورت اگر ہے تو صرف یہ کہ اپنے اندر خدا ترسی پیدا کرو اور مفسدوں کی اطاعت چھوڑ کر میری اطاعت کرو، کیونکہ میں کدا کا رسول ہوں ، میری امانت و دیانت کو تم پہلے سے جانتے ہو، اور میں ایک بے غرض آدمی ہوں ، اپنے کسی ذاتی فائدے کے لیے اصلاح کا یہ کام کرنے نہیں اٹھا ہوں۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ یہ تھا وہ مختصر منشور جو حضرت صالح علیہ السلام نے اپنی قوم کے سامنے پیش کیا۔ اس میں صرف مذہبی تبلیغ ہی نہ تھی، تمدنی و اخلاقی اصلاح اور سیاسی انقلاب کی دعوت بھی ساتھ ساتھ موجود تھی۔

آیت 146 اَتُتْرَکُوْنَ فِیْ مَا ہٰہُنَآ اٰمِنِیْنَ ”تمہارا کیا خیال ہے کہ تم ان سب چیزوں کے درمیان جو یہاں تمہیں میسر ہیں ‘ یونہی امن و سکون اور اطمینان سے ہمیشہ رہنے دیے جاؤ گے اور یہ نعمتیں کبھی تم سے جدا نہ ہوں گی ؟
