- وَالَّذِیْنَاور وہ لوگ
- لَانہیں
- یَدْعُوْنَپکارتے
- مَعَساتھ

Bayan-ul-Quran
اور وہ لوگ جو نہیں پکارتے اللہ کے ساتھ کسی اور معبود کو اور نہ ہی قتل کرتے ہیں کسی جان کو جس کو اللہ نے محترم ٹھہرایا ہے مگر حق کے ساتھ اور نہ ہی کبھی وہ زنا کرتے ہیں اور جو کوئی بھی یہ کام کرے گا وہ اس کی سزا کو حاصل کر کے رہے گا

Commentary
وَلَا یَقْتُلُوْنَ النَّفْسَ الَّتِیْ حَرَّمَ اللّٰہُ اِلَّا بالْحَقِّ وَلَا یَزْنُوْنَ ط ”حق سے مراد یہاں وہ قانونی صورتیں ہیں جن صورتوں میں کسی انسان کی جان لی جاسکتی ہے ‘ یعنی قتل کے بدلے قتل ‘ مرتد کا قتل ‘ حربی کافر کا قتل اور شادی شدہ زانی کا رجم۔ اس آیت میں تین کبیرہ گناہوں کا ذکر ہوا ہے : شرک ‘ قتلِ ناحق اور زنا۔ شرک کے بارے میں تو اللہ تعالیٰ نے قرآن میں دو دفعہ فرما دیا کہ مشرک کو ہرگز معاف نہیں کیا جائے گا۔ اور قتل ایسا بھیانک گناہ اور جرم ہے جس سے تمدن کی جڑ کٹتی ہے ‘ جبکہ زنا سے معاشرہ گندگی کا ڈھیر بن جاتا ہے۔ اللہ تعالیٰ نے سورة النساء میں ایسے کبیرہ گناہوں سے بچنے والوں کے لیے چھوٹے گناہوں سے معافی کی خوشخبری سنائی ہے : اِنْ تَجْتَنِبُوْا کَبآءِرَ مَا تُنْہَوْنَ عَنْہُ نُکَفِّرْ عَنْکُمْ سَیِّاٰتِکُمْ وَنُدْخِلْکُمْ مُّدْخَلاً کَرِیْمًا النساء ”اگر تم لوگ بچتے رہو کبیرہ گناہوں سے جن سے تمہیں منع کیا گیا ہے تو ہم تمہارے چھوٹے گناہ بخش دیں گے اور تمہیں عزت والی جگہ داخل کریں گے۔“
