لَّذِیْوہ ذات
خَلَقَجس نے پیدا کیے
السَّمٰوٰتِآسمان
وَالْاَرْضَاور زمین
وَمَااور جو
بَیْنَهُمَاان دونوں کے درمیان ہیں
فِیْمیں
سِتَّةِچھ
اَیَّامٍدنوں (میں)
ثُمَّپھر
اسْتَوٰیوہ مستوی ہوا
عَلَیپر
الْعَرْشِ ۛۚعرش
اَلرَّحْمٰنُرحمن
فَسْـَٔلْپس پوچھو
بِهٖاس کے بارے میں
خَبِیْرًاخبر رکھنے والے سے

Tafheem-ul-Quran

وہ جس نے چھ دنوں میں زمین اور آسمانوں کو اور اُن ساری چیزوں کو بنا کر رکھ دیا جو آسمان و زمین کے درمیان ہیں، پھر آپ ہی (کائنات کے تختِ سلطنت)”عرش“ پر جلوہ فرما¹ ہوا۔ رحمٰن ، اس کی شان بس کسی جاننے والے سے پوچھو

اللہ تعالیٰ کے عرش پر جلوہ گر ہونے کی تشریح کے لیے ملاحظہ ہو تفہیم القرآن جلد دوم، الاعراف، حواشی 41 ۔42 ، یونس، حاشیہ 4، ھود ، حاشیہ 7 ۔ زمین و آسمان کو چھ دنوں میں پیدا کرنے کا مضمون متشابہات کے قبیل سے ہے جس کا مفہوم متعین کرنا مشکل ہ ۔ ممکن ہے کہ ایک دن سے مراد ایک دَور ہو۔ اور ممکن ہے کہ اس سے مراد وقت کی اتنی ہی مقدار ہو جس پر ہم دنیا میں لفظ دن کا اطلاق کرتے ہیں ۔ (مفصل تشریح کے لیے ملاحظہ ہو تفہیم القرآن، جلد چہارم، حٰم السجدہ، حواشی 11 تا 15 )۔
