Commentary
آیت 5 اِلَّا الَّذِیْنَ تَابُوْا مِنْم بَعْدِ ذٰلِکَ وَاَصْلَحُوْا ج فَاِنَّ اللّٰہَ غَفُوْرٌ رَّحِیْمٌ ”مثلاً کسی شخص پر قذف کی حد جاری کی گئی اور اسلامی عدالت میں طویل عرصے تک اس کی گواہی بھی ناقابل قبول رہی ‘ لیکن سزا ملنے کے بعد اس شخص نے اللہ کے حضور توبہ کرلی اور اپنی پرانی روش کو مستقل طور پر تبدیل کرلیا۔ اس کے مثبت رویے کو دیکھتے ہوئے معاشرے میں پھر سے اسے ایک با اعتماد ‘ صالح اور پرہیزگار مسلمان کے طور پر تسلیم کرلیا گیا۔ اب ایسے شخص پر سے گواہی کے ناقابل قبول ہونے کی قدغن ختم ہوسکتی ہے۔
