Bayan-ul-Quran

زانی مرد کو روا نہیں کہ وہ نکاح کرے مگر کسی زانیہ ہی سے یا مشرکہ سے اور زانیہ عورت بھی اس لائق نہیں کہ اس سے کوئی نکاح کرے مگر صرف بدکار مرد یا کوئی مشرک۔ اور حرام کردیا گیا ہے یہ (زانی اور زانیہ سے نکاح) مؤمنین پر

Commentary

آیت 3 اَلزَّانِیْ لَا یَنْکِحُ اِلَّا زَانِیَۃً اَوْ مُشْرِکَۃًز ”یہ حکم قانون کے درجے میں نہیں بلکہ اخلاق کے درجے میں ہے۔ یعنی اس شرمناک اور گھناؤنے جرم کا ارتکاب کر کے اس شخص نے ثابت کردیا ہے کہ وہ کسی پاک دامن ‘ عفتّ مآب مؤمنہ کے لائق ہے ہی نہیں۔ چناچہ اسے چاہیے کہ وہ اس قانونی بندھن کے لیے بھی اپنے جیسی ہی کسی بدکار عورت یا پھر مشرکہ عورت کا انتخاب کرلے۔
