اس میں تمہارے لیے کوئی حرج نہیں کہ تم غیر رہائشی گھروں میں (بغیر اجازت) چلے جاؤ جن میں تمہارے لیے کچھ سامان ہو اور اللہ خوب جانتا ہے جو کچھ تم ظاہر کرتے ہو اور جو کچھ تم چھپاتے ہو

Commentary (one passage for ayahs 24:29, 24:30)
آیت 29 لَیْسَ عَلَیْکُمْ جُنَاحٌ اَنْ تَدْخُلُوْا بُیُوْتًا غَیْرَ مَسْکُوْنَۃٍ فِیْہَا مَتَاعٌ لَّکُمْ ط ”اس سے مراد دکانیں ‘ سٹور اور گودام وغیرہ ہیں۔وَاللّٰہُ یَعْلَمُ مَا تُبْدُوْنَ وَمَا تَکْتُمُوْنَ ”قانون کی اصل روح کو سمجھنا اور اس کے مطابق اس پر عمل کرنا ضروری ہے۔ دراصل گھر میں بلا اجازت داخل ہونے سے منع کرنے کا مقصد گھر میں سکونت پذیر خاندان کی privacy کے تقدس کو یقینی بنانا ہے۔ لہٰذا کسی دکان یا گودام پر اس قانون کے اطلاق کا کوئی جواز نہیں ہے کہ آدمی دکان کے دروازے پر اس لیے کھڑا رہے کہ جب تک مالک مجھے اجازت نہیں دے گا میں اندر نہیں جاؤں گا۔
