Surah 24, ayah 21

  1. یٰۤاَیُّهَااے
  2. الَّذِیْنَلوگو
  3. اٰمَنُوْاجو ایمان لائے ہو
  4. لَانہ
  5. تَتَّبِعُوْاتم پیروی کرو
  6. خُطُوٰتِقدموں کی
  7. الشَّیْطٰنِ ؕشیطان کے
  8. وَمَنْاور جو
  9. یَّتَّبِعْپیروی کرے گا
  10. خُطُوٰتِقدموں کی
  11. الشَّیْطٰنِشیطان کے
  12. فَاِنَّهٗتو بیشک وہ
  13. یَاْمُرُحکم دیتا ہے
  14. بِالْفَحْشَآءِبےحیائی کا
  15. وَالْمُنْكَرِ ؕاور برائی کا
  16. وَلَوْلَااور اگر نہ ہوتا
  17. فَضْلُفضل
  18. اللّٰهِاللہ کا
  19. عَلَیْكُمْتم پر
  20. وَرَحْمَتُهٗاور اس کی رحمت
  21. مَانہ
  22. زَكٰیپاک ہوسکتا تھا
  23. مِنْكُمْتم میں سے
  24. مِّنْسے
  25. اَحَدٍکوئی ایک
  26. اَبَدًا ۙکبھی بھی
  27. وَّلٰكِنَّلیکن
  28. اللّٰهَاللہ تعالیٰ
  29. یُزَكِّیْپاک کرتا ہے
  30. مَنْجس کو
  31. یَّشَآءُ ؕچاہتا ہے
  32. وَاللّٰهُاور اللہ تعالیٰ
  33. سَمِیْعٌسننے والا ہے
  34. عَلِیْمٌعلم والا ہے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اے لوگو جو ایمان لائےہو، شیطان کے نقشِ قدم پر نہ چلو۔ اس کی پیروی کوئی کرے گا تو وہ تو اسے فحش اور بدی ہی کا حکم دے گا۔ اگر اللہ کا فضل اور اس کا رحم و کرم تم پر نہ ہوتا تو تم میں سے کو ئی شخص پاک نہ ہو سکتا۔1 مگر اللہ ہی جسے چاہتا ہے پاک کر دیتا ہے ، اور اللہ سُننے والا اور جاننے والا ہے۔2

  1.  یعنی شیطان تو تمہیں برائی کی نجاستوں میں آلودہ کرنے کے لیے اس طرح تُلا بیٹھا ہے کہ اگر اللہ اپنے فضل و کرم سے تم کو نیک و بد کی تمیز نہ سمجھائے اور تم کو اصلاح کی تعلیم و توفیق سے نہ نوازے تو تم میں سے کوئی شخص بھی اپنے بل بوتے پر پاک نہ ہو سکے۔

  2.  یعنی اللہ کی یہ مشیت کہ وہ کسے پاکیزگی بخشے ، اندھا دھند نہیں ہے بلکہ علم کی بنا پر ہے۔ اللہ جانتا ہے کہ کس میں بھلائی کی طلب موجود اور کون برائی کی رغبت رکھتا ہے۔ ہر شخص اپنی خلوتوں میں جو باتیں کرتا ہے انہیں اللہ سن رہا ہوتا ہے۔ ہر شخص اپنے دل میں بھیجو کچھ سوچا کرتا ہے ، اللہ اس سے بے خبر نہیں رہتا۔ اسی براہ راست علم کی بنا پر اللہ فیصلہ کرتا ہے کہ کسے پاکیزگی بخشے اور کسے نہ بخشے۔
