بیشک جو لوگ چاہتے ہیں کہ اہل ایمان میں بےحیائی کا چرچا ہو ان کے لیے دنیا اور آخرت میں درد ناک عذاب ہے اور اللہ خوب جانتا ہے اور تم نہیں جانتے

Commentary
آیت 19 اِنَّ الَّذِیْنَ یُحِبُّوْنَ اَنْ تَشِیْعَ الْفَاحِشَۃُ فِی الَّذِیْنَ اٰمَنُوْا لَہُمْ عَذَابٌ اَلِیْمٌلا فِی الدُّنْیَا وَالْاٰخِرَۃِ ط ”یعنی وہ لوگ جو مختلف حربوں سے معاشرے میں بےحیائی کو عام کرتے ہیں۔ آیت کے الفاظ اشاعت فحش کی تمام صورتوں پر حاوی ہیں۔ آج کل اس کا بہت بڑا ذریعہ پرنٹ میڈیا اور الیکٹرانک میڈیا ہے۔ کمرشل اشتہارات میں عورتوں کی نیم عریاں تصاویر دی جاتی ہیں۔ اس کے علاوہ برائی کی اشاعت یوں بھی ہو رہی ہے کہ ناجائز تعلقات کے سیکنڈلز کی تشہیر کی جاتی ہے اور بغیر کسی معقول اور مناسب تحقیق کے اخبارات اور الیکٹرانک میڈیا کی کرامت سے ان کی خبریں دنیا بھر میں گھر گھر پہنچ جاتی ہیں۔ حتیٰ کہ چھوٹی عمر کے بچے اور بچیاں بھی ایسے بےہودہ سکینڈلز کو پڑھتے ‘ سنتے اور اس موضوع پر اپنی معلومات میں اضافہ کرتے ہیں۔ بہر حال ایسے واقعات کو خبر بنا کر شائع کردینا بہت بڑا جرم ہے اور جو لوگ بھی اس کے ذمہ دار ہیں وہ اس آیت کے مصداق ہیں۔ شریعت کا حکم تو یہ ہے کہ اگر کہیں کوئی غلطی ہوئی بھی ہے تو حتی الوسع برائی کا چرچا نہ کیا جائے۔ لیکن اگر قانونی تقاضے پورے ہوتے ہوں تو مجرموں کو کٹہرے میں ضرور لایا جائے اور انہیں ایسی سزا دلوائی جائے کہ ایک کو سزا ہو اور ہزاروں کے لیے باعث عبرت ہو۔
