  1. وَیُبَیِّنُاور بیان کرتا ہے
  2. اللّٰهُاللہ
  3. لَكُمُتمہارے لیے
  4. الْاٰیٰتِ ؕآیات کو
  5. وَاللّٰهُاور اللہ
  6. عَلِیْمٌعلم والا ہے
  7. حَكِیْمٌحکمت والا ہے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اللہ تمہیں صاف صاف ہدایات دیتا ہے اور رہ علیم و حکیم ہے۔1

  1.  ان آیات سے ، اور خصوصاً اللہ تعالیٰ کے اس ارشاد سے کہ ’’ مومن مردوں اور عورتوں نے اپنے گ وہ کے لوگوں سے نیک گمان کیوں نہ کیا‘‘ یہ قاعدہ کلیہ نکلتا ہے کہ مسلم معاشرے میں تمام معاملات کی بنا حسنِ ظن پر ہونی چاہیے ، اور سوءِ ظن صرف اس حالت میں کیا جانا چاہیے جب کہ اس کے لیے کوئ ثبوتی و ایجابی بنیاد ہو۔ اصول یہ ہے کہ ہر شخص نے گناہ ہے جب تک کہ اس کے مجرم ہونے یا اس پر جرم کا شبہ کرنے کے لیے کوئی معقول وجہ موجود نہ ہو۔ اور ہر شخص اپنی بات میں سچا ہے جب تک کہ اس کے ساقط الاعتبار ہونے کی کوئی دلیل نہ ہو۔
