Commentary
آیت 6 اِلَّا عَلآی اَزْوَاجِہِمْ اَوْ مَا مَلَکَتْ اَیْمَانُہُمْ فَاِنَّہُمْ غَیْرُ مَلُوْمِیْنَ ”ان کا چوتھا وصف یہ بیان ہوا کہ وہ صرف جائز طریقے سے اپنی جنسی خواہش پوری کرتے ہیں اور اس میں کچھ مضائقہ نہیں۔ یعنی جنسی جذبہ فی نفسہُٖ برا نہیں ‘ بلکہ برائی اس کے غلط استعمال میں ہے۔ اسلام کے سوا دوسرے مذاہب میں تجرد کی زندگی بسر کرنا اور اپنے جنسی جذبہ کو ‘ جو فطرت اور جبلتّ میں ایک نہایت قوی جذبہ ہے ‘ کچلنا ایک اعلیٰ ترین روحانی قدر قرار دیا جاتا ہے ‘ جبکہ اسلام دین فطرت ہے ‘ چناچہ وہ اس فطری و جبلی جذبہ کو بالکلیہ کچلنے اور دبانے کو قطعاً پسند نہیں کرتا۔ اس کا منشا و مدعا یہ ہے کہ اس جذبہ کی تسکین کے لیے جائز اور حلال راہیں اختیار کی جائیں۔ نکاح کو اسی لیے نبی اکرم ﷺ نے اپنی سنتوں میں سے ایک سنتّ قرار دیا ہے۔ چناچہ یہاں جنسی تسکین کے جائز راستوں کے لیے ”غَیْرُ مَلُوْمِیْنَ“ کا اسلوب اختیار کیا گیا ہے۔
