یعنی وہ دنیا میں خدا سے بے خوف اور بے خوف اور بے فکر ہو کر نہیں رہتے کہ جو دل چاہے کرتے رہیں اور کبھی نہ سوچیں کہ اوپر کوئی خدا بھی ہے جو ظلم اور زیادتی پرپکڑنے والا ہے، بلکہ ان کے دل میں ہر وقت اس کاخوف رہتا ہے اور وہی انہیں برائیوں سے روکتا رہتا ہے۔

Commentary (one passage for ayahs 23:56, 23:57, 23:58)
آیت 56 نُسَارِعُ لَہُمْ فِی الْْخَیْرٰتِط بَلْ لَّا یَشْعُرُوْنَ ”ہماری طرف سے اپنے ان نافرمانوں کو مال و اولاد جیسی نعمتوں سے نوازتے چلے جانا ان کے ساتھ بھلائی کی علامت نہیں ہے بلکہ یہی چیزیں ان کے لیے موجب عذاب بن جائیں گی۔ سورة التوبہ میں یہ فلسفہ اس طرح بیان ہوا ہے : فَلاَ تُعْجِبْکَ اَمْوَالُہُمْ وَلآَ اَوْلاَدُہُمْط اِنَّمَا یُرِیْدُ اللّٰہُ لِیُعَذِّبَہُمْ بِہَا فِی الْْحَیٰوۃِ الدُّنْیَا وَتَزْہَقَ اَنْفُسُہُمْ وَہُمْ کٰفِرُوْنَ ”تو اے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم آپ کو ان کے اموال اور ان کی اولاد سے تعجب نہ ہو ‘ اللہ تو چاہتا ہے کہ انہی چیزوں کے ذریعے سے انہیں دنیا کی زندگی میں عذاب دے ‘ اور ان کی جانیں نکلیں اسی کفر کی حالت میں“۔ اور سورة التوبہ ہی کی آیت 85 میں الفاظ کے بہت معمولی فرق کے ساتھ یہی مضمون پھر سے دہرایا گیا ہے۔آگے جو آیات آرہی ہیں ان کا انداز اس سورت کی ابتدائی آیات سے مشابہ ہے۔ سورت کے آغاز میں اکثر آیات اَلَّذِیْنَ یا والَّذِیْنَ سے شروع ہوتی ہیں اور ان آیات میں بھی اَلَّذِیْنَ اور والَّذِیْنَ کی تکرار ہے۔ گویا جو مضمون آغاز سورت میں بیان ہوا تھا یہ اس کی دوسری قسط ہے۔ وہاں پر بندۂ مؤمن کی سیرت کی تعمیر اور شخصیت کے ارتقاء کے لیے درکار بنیادی خصوصیات کا ذکر کیا گیا تھا جبکہ یہاں پر مطلوبہ شخصیت و کردار کی پختہ mature خصوصیات کی جھلکیاں دکھائی جا رہی ہیں ‘ جن میں زیادہ تر بندۂ مؤمن کی باطنی کیفیات کا تذکرہ ہے۔
