  1. فَاَنْشَاْنَاپھر پیدا کیا ہم نے
  2. لَكُمْتمہارے لیے
  3. بِهٖساتھ اس کے
  4. جَنّٰتٍباغات کو
  5. مِّنْکے
  6. نَّخِیْلٍکھجور کے
  7. وَّاَعْنَابٍ ۘاور انگوروں کے
  8. لَكُمْتمہارے لیے
  9. فِیْهَااس میں
  10. فَوَاكِهُپھل ہیں
  11. كَثِیْرَةٌبہت سے
  12. وَّمِنْهَااور اس میں سے
  13. تَاْكُلُوْنَتم کھاتے ہو

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

پھر اس پانی کے ذریعہ سے ہم نے تمہارے لیے کھجُور اور انگور کے باغ پیدا کر دیے، تمہارے لیے ان باغوں میں بہت سے لذیز پھل ہیں1 اور ان سے تم روزی حاصل کرتے ہو۔2

  2. “یعنی اِن باغوں کی پیداوار سے ،جو پھل ، غلّے ، لکڑی اور دوسری  مختلف صورتوں میں حاصل ہوتی ہے، تم اپنی معاش پیدا کرتے ہو۔ مِنْھَا تَاْکُلُوْنَ میں منھا  کی ضمیر جنّات کی ضمیر کی طرف پھرتی ہے نہ کہ پھلوں کی طرف۔ اور تاکلون کے معنی صرف یہی نہیں ہیں کہ ان باغوں کے پھل تم کھاتے ہو، بلکہ  یہ بحیثیتِ مجمُوعی روزی حاصل کرنے کے مفہوم پر حاوی ہے۔ جس طرح ہم اُردو زبان میں کہتے ہیں کہ فلاں شخص اپنے فلاں کام کی روٹی کھاتا ہے ، اُسی طرح عربی زبان میں بھی کہتے ہیں  فلان یاکل من حرفتہٖ۔

تو ہم نے اس سے پیدا کیے تمہارے لیے کھجوروں اور انگوروں کے باغات ان میں تمہارے لیے بہت سے پھل ہیں اور ان میں سے تم کھاتے ہو

Commentary

لَکُمْ فِیْہَا فَوَاکِہُ کَثِیْرَۃٌ وَّمِنْہَا تَاْکُلُوْنَ ”ان میں سے اکثر پھل تمہارے لیے غذا کا کام دیتے ہیں۔
