اللہ تعالیٰ جواب دے گا”دُور ہو میرے سامنے سے، پڑے رہو اِسی میں اور مجھ سے بات نہ کرو۔1

یعنی اپنی رہائی کے لیے کوئی عرض معروض نہ کرو۔ اپنی معذرتیں پیش نہ کرو۔ یہ مطلب نہیں ہے کہ ہمیشہ کے لیے بالکل چپ ہو جاؤ۔ بعض روایات میں آیا ہے کہ یہ ان کا آخری کلام ہو گا جس کے بعد ان کی زبانیں ہمیشہ کے لیے بند ہو جائیں گی۔ مگر یہ بات بظاہر قرآن کے خلاف پڑتی ہے کیونکہ آگے خود قرآن ہی ان کی اور اللہ تعالیٰ کی گفتگونقل کر رہا ہے۔ لہٰذا یا تو یہ روایات غلط ہیں، یا پھر ان کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ اس کے بعد وہ رہائی کے لیے کوئی عرض معروض نہ کر سکیں گے۔

آیت 104 تَلْفَحُ وُجُوْہَہُمُ النَّارُ وَہُمْ فِیْہَا کٰلِحُوْنَ ”چہروں کے جھلس جانے کے باعث ان کی شکلیں بگڑ جائیں گی۔
