بعض اور لوگ ایسے ہیں کہ کسی علم1 اور ہدایت2 اور روشنی بخشنے والی کتاب3 کے بغیر، گردن اکڑائے ہوئے4

  1. یعنی وہ ذاتی واقفیت جو براہِ راست مشاہدے اور تجربے سے حاصل ہوئی ہو۔

  2. یعنی وہ واقفیت جو کسی دلیل سے حاصل ہوئی ہو یا کسی علم رکھنے والے کی رہنمائی سے۔

  3. یعنی وہ واقفیت جو خد ا کی نازل کردہ کتاب سے حاصل ہو ئی ہو۔

  4. اس میں تین کیفیتیں شامل ہیں: جاہلانہ ضد اور ہٹ دھرمی ۔ تکبر اور غرور ِ نفس۔ اور کسی سمجھانے والے کی بات کی طرف التفات نہ کرنا۔
