Commentary
وَاِلَی اللّٰہِ تُرْجَعُ الْاُمُوْرُ ”اس آیت میں آخرت کا ذکر بھی آگیا اور یوں اس دعوت عمومی میں امور ثلاثہ یعنی توحید ‘ رسالت اور آخرت کا ذکر کردیا گیا۔ یاد رہے کہ اس دعوت میں یٰٓاَیُّہَا النَّاسُ آیت 37 کے الفاظ سے نوع انسانی کے تمام افراد کو مخاطب کیا گیا ہے۔اب دوسرے مرحلے کی دعوت ان خصوصی لوگوں کے لیے ہے جنہوں نے اس پہلی دعوت پر لبیک کہا کہ ہم ایک اللہ کو معبود مانتے ہیں ‘ محمد ﷺ کو اللہ کا رسول تسلیم کرتے ہیں ‘ بعث بعد الموت پر بھی یقین رکھتے ہیں اور اِنَّا لِلّٰہِ وَاِنَّآ اِلَیْہِ رٰجِعُوْنَ کے فلسفے پر بھی ایمان رکھتے ہیں ‘ وہ لوگ اہل ایمان قرار پائے۔ اب اگلے مرحلے میں انہی لوگوں کو عمل کی دعوت دی جا رہی ہے۔ اس انداز دعوت میں ایک واضح فرق یہ ہے کہ اس میں فعل امر کا استعمال کیا گیا ہے ‘ یعنی اس دعوت کا اندازحکمیہ ہے۔ پہلی دعوت میں فعل امر کا استعمال صرف مثال سنانے کی حد تک ہوا تھا : فَاسْتَمِعُوْا لَہٗ ط کہ یہ مثال جو بیان کی جا رہی ہے اسے غور سے سنو ! لیکن جو لوگ اس دعوت کو مان کر اسلام کے دائرہ میں آگئے ہیں انہیں اب باقاعدہ حکم دیا جا رہا ہے :
