- وَاِذَااور جب
- تُتْلٰیپڑھی جاتی ہیں
- عَلَیْهِمْان پر
- اٰیٰتُنَاہماری آیات
- بَیِّنٰتٍروشن
- تَعْرِفُتم پہچان سکتے ہو
- فِیْمیں
- وُجُوْهِچہرو ں
- الَّذِیْنَان لوگوں کے
- كَفَرُواجنہوں نے کفر کیا
- الْمُنْكَرَ ؕناگواری کو۔ ناخوشی کو
- یَكَادُوْنَقریب ہیں
- یَسْطُوْنَوہ حملہ کردیں
- بِالَّذِیْنَان لوگوں پر
- یَتْلُوْنَجو پڑھتے ہیں
- عَلَیْهِمْان پر
- اٰیٰتِنَا ؕہماری آیات
- قُلْکہہ دیجیے
- اَفَاُنَبِّئُكُمْکیا بھلا میں بتاؤں تم کو
- بِشَرٍّبری چیز
- مِّنْاس
- ذٰلِكُمْ ؕسے
- اَلنَّارُ ؕآگ
- وَعَدَهَاوعدہ کیا ہے اس کا
- اللّٰهُاللہ نے
- الَّذِیْنَان لوگوں سے
- كَفَرُوْا ؕجنہوں نے کفر کیا
- وَبِئْسَاور کتنا برا ہے
- الْمَصِیْرُٹھکانہ

Translation and commentary
Tafheem-ul-Quran
اور جب اِن کو ہماری صاف صاف آیات سُنائی جاتیں ہیں تو تم دیکھتے ہو کہ منکرینِ حق کے چہرے بگڑنے لگتے ہیں، اور ایسا محسوس ہوتا ہے ، کہ ابھی وہ اُن لوگوں پر ٹُوٹ پڑیں گے جو انھیں ہماری آیات سُناتے ہیں۔اِن سے کہو”میں بتاوٴں تمہیں کہ اِس سے بد تر چیز کیا ہے؟1 آگ، اللہ نے اسی کا وعدہ ان لوگوں کے حق میں کر رکھا ہے، جو قبولِ حق سے انکار کریں، اور بہت ہی بُرا ٹھکانہ ہے۔“

یعنی کلامِ الہٰی کی آیات سُن کر جو غصے کی جلن تم کو لاحق ہوتی ہے اس سے شدید تر چیز ، یا یہ کہ ان آیات کو سنانے والوں کے ساتھ جو زیادہ سے زیادہ برائی تم کر سکتے ہو اس سے زیادہ بدتر چیز ، جس سے تمہیں سابقہ پیش آنے والا ہے۔
