Commentary (one passage for ayahs 22:3, 22:4)
آیت 3 وَمِنَ النَّاسِ مَنْ یُّجَادِلُ فِی اللّٰہِ بِغَیْرِ عِلْمٍ وَّیَتَّبِعُ کُلَّ شَیْطٰنٍ مَّرِیْدٍ ”آج کے نام نہاد مذہبی سکالرز اور دانشور بھی اس آیت کا مصداق ہیں ‘ جو عملی طور پر غیر مسلم مغربی تہذیب کی نقالی کرتے نظر آتے ہیں۔ یہ لوگ ذہنی طور پر مغربی افکار و نظریات سے مرعوب ہیں اور ان نظریات کا ہر طریقے سے پرچار کرنا اپنا فرض سمجھتے ہیں۔ ان میں ایسے لوگ بھی ہیں جو حدیث کی ضرورت و اہمیت کے سرے سے منکر ہیں۔ ان کی روشن خیالی انہیں باور کراتی ہے کہ قرآنی احکام صرف ایک زمانے تک قابل قبول تھے اور انسان کے لیے ہمیشہ ان کا پابند رہنا ممکن نہیں۔ لہٰذا نئے زمانے کی ضروریات کے مطابق قرآنی آیات کو معاذ اللہ ! over rule کر کے اجتہاد کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔ ڈاکٹر فضل الرحمن ایک ایسے ہی پاکستانی سکالر تھے ‘ جو McGill یونیورسٹی مانٹریال ‘ کینیڈا سے فارغ التحصیل تھے۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ قرآن آنحضور ﷺ کا کلام بھی ہوسکتا ہے اور اللہ کا بھی۔ اسی قبیل کے ایک ایرانی سکالر سید حسین نصر بھی ہیں۔ ایسے لوگ یہودی اداروں سے اعلیٰ ڈگریاں حاصل کرتے ہیں اور پھر ساری عمر یہودیوں سے حق وفا داری نبھانے میں لگے رہتے ہیں۔ ایسے لوگوں کی وائٹ ہاؤس سے بھی خصوصی پذیرائی اور حوصلہ افزائی کی جاتی ہے۔
