Surah 21, ayah 95

  1. وَحَرٰمٌاور واجب ہے۔ لازم ہے
  2. عَلٰیاوپر
  3. قَرْیَةٍایک بستی کے
  4. اَهْلَكْنٰهَاۤجس کو ہم نے ہلاک کردیا
  5. اَنَّهُمْکہ بیشک وہ
  6. لَانہ
  7. یَرْجِعُوْنَلوٹیں گے۔ نہ پلٹیں گے

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اور ممکن نہیں ہے کہ جس بستی کو ہم نے ہلاک کر دیا ہو وہ پلٹ سکے۔1

  1. اس آیت کے تین مطلب ہیں: ایک یہ کہ جس قوم پر ایک مرتبہ عذابِ الہٰی نازل ہو چکا ہو وہ پھر کبھی نہیں اُٹھ سکتی۔ اس کی نشأۃ ثانیہ اور اس کی حیاتِ نَو ممکن نہیں ہے۔ دوسرے یہ کہ ہلاک ہو جانے کے بعد پھر اِس دنیا میں اُس کا پلٹنا اور اسے دوبارہ امتحان کا موقع ملنا غیر ممکن ہے۔ پھر تو اللہ کی عدالت ہی میں اُس کی پیشی ہو گی۔ تیسرے یہ ہے جس قوم کی بدکاریاں اور زیادتیاں اور ہدایت ِ حق سے پیہم روگردانیاں اس حد تک بہنچ جاتی ہیں کہ اللہ تعالیٰ کی طرف سے اس کی ہلاکت کا فیصلہ ہو جاتا ہے، اُسے پھر رجوع اور توبہ و انابت کا موقع نہیں دیا جاتا۔ اُس کے لیے پھر یہ ممکن نہیں رہتا کہ ضلالت سے ہدایت کی طرف پلٹ سکے۔

اور حرام ہے ہر اس بستی پر جس کو ہم نے ہلاک کیا کہ (وہ لوٹ آئیں) اب وہ لوٹنے والے نہیں ہیں

Commentary

آیت 95 وَحَرٰمٌ عَلٰی قَرْیَۃٍ اَہْلَکْنٰہَآ اَنَّہُمْ لَا یَرْجِعُوْنَ ”اس آیت کا ایک مفہوم تو یہ ہے کہ جن بستیوں پر اللہ کے عذاب کا فیصلہ ہوجاتا تھا ‘ وہاں کے لوگ نبی یا رسول کے آنے کے بعد بھی کفر و شرک سے لوٹنے والے نہیں ہوتے تھے۔ اللہ تعالیٰ ان پر اتمام حجت کے لیے رسول تو بھیج دیتا تھا ‘ لیکن اس کو خوب معلوم تھا کہ کفرو شرک سے ان لوگوں کے رجوع کرنے اور ایمان لانے کا کوئی امکان نہیں۔ اس کا دوسرا مفہوم یہ بھی ہے کہ اللہ کے عذاب سے جو بستی ایک دفعہ برباد ہوگئی پھر اس کے دوبارہ آباد ہونے کا کوئی امکان نہیں۔
