Commentary (one passage for ayahs 21:85, 21:86)
آیت 85 وَاِسْمٰعِیْلَ وَاِدْرِیْسَ وَذَا الْکِفْلِطکُلٌّ مِّنَ الصّٰبِرِیْنَ ”حضرت ادریس علیہ السلام کا ذکر سورة مریم کی آیت 56 کے ضمن میں بھی آچکا ہے کہ آپ علیہ السلام حضرت آدم علیہ السلام کے بعد اور حضرت نوح علیہ السلام سے پہلے مبعوث ہوئے تھے۔ ان سے قبل حضرت شیث علیہ السلام کی بعثت بھی ہوچکی تھی۔ حضرت ذوالکفل علیہ السلام کے بارے میں کہیں سے کوئی معلومات دستیاب نہیں ہیں کہ آپ علیہ السلام کب اور کس علاقے میں مبعوث ہوئے۔ احادیث میں بھی آپ علیہ السلام کا تذکرہ نہیں ملتا۔ البتہ موجودہ دور کے ایک عالم اور محقق مولانا مناظر احسن گیلانی رح کا خیال ہے کہ ذوالکفل سے مراد گوتم بدھ ہیں اور یہ کہ گوتم بدھ اللہ کے نبی تھے۔ ان کے اس دعویٰ کے بارے میں یقین سے تو کچھ نہیں کہا جاسکتا ‘ لیکن اس سلسلے میں مولانا کے دلائل میں بہرحال بہت وزن ہے۔ گوتم بدھ کے بارے میں تاریخی اعتبار سے ہمیں اس قدر معلومات ملتی ہیں کہ وہ ریاست ”کپل وستو“ کے شہزادے تھے۔ مولانا کے مطابق ”کپل“ ہی دراصل ”کفل“ ہے یعنی ہندی کی ”پ“ عربی کی ”ف“ سے بدل گئی ہے۔ اس طرح ذوالکفل کا مطلب ہے : ”کفل کپل والا“۔ یعنی کپل ریاست کا والی سدھار کا بدھا یا گوتم بدھا۔ آج جو عقائد گوتم بدھ سے منسوب کیے جاتے ہیں ‘ ان میں یقینابہت کچھ تحریف بھی شامل ہوچکی ہوگی۔ جیسے حضرت عیسیٰ علیہ السلام کی تعلیمات میں بھی آپ علیہ السلام کے پیروکاروں نے بہت سے من گھڑت عقائد شامل کرلیے ہیں۔ ممکن ہے کہ گوتم بدھ کی اصل تعلیمات الہامی ہی ہوں اور بعد کے زمانے میں ان میں تحریف کردی گئی ہو۔ بہر حال میں سمجھتا ہوں کہ اس ضمن میں مولانا مناظر احسن گیلانی کے دلائل کافی معقول اور ٹھوس ہیں۔
