- فَرَجَعَتو پلٹے
- مُوْسٰۤیموسیٰ
- اِلٰیطرف
- قَوْمِهٖاپنی قوم کی طرف
- غَضْبَانَغصے میں
- اَسِفًا ۚ۬غم لیے ہوئے
- قَالَکہا
- یٰقَوْمِاے میری قوم
- اَلَمْکیا نہیں
- یَعِدْكُمْوعدہ کیا تھا تم سے
- رَبُّكُمْتمہارے رب نے
- وَعْدًاوعدہ
- حَسَنًا ؕ۬اچھا
- اَفَطَالَپھر لمبا ہوگیا
- عَلَیْكُمُتم پر
- الْعَهْدُزمانہ
- اَمْیا
- اَرَدْتُّمْارادہ کیا تم نے۔ چاہا تم نے
- اَنْکہ
- یَّحِلَّاترے

Bayan-ul-Quran
تو لوٹے موسیٰ ؑ اپنی قوم کی طرف بہت غضبناک اور سخت رنجیدہ حالت میں انہوں نے کہا : اے میری قوم کے لوگو ! کیا تم سے تمہارے رب نے اچھا وعدہ نہیں کیا تھا تو کیا یہ مدت تم پر بہت طویل ہوگئی تھی یا تم لوگوں نے یہ چاہا کہ تم پر تمہارے رب کا غضب نازل ہو تو تم نے میرے وعدے کی خلاف ورزی کر ڈالی

Commentary (one passage for ayahs 20:86, 20:87)
قَالَ یٰقَوْمِ اَلَمْ یَعِدْکُمْ رَبُّکُمْ وَعْدًا حَسَنًا ط ”اللہ تعالیٰ نے تم لوگوں سے وعدہ کیا تھا کہ وہ تم لوگوں کو اپنی کتاب کی صورت میں جامع ہدایت عطا فرمائے گا۔ میں تو اللہ کے اس وعدے کے مطابق طور پر گیا تھا کہ تمہارے لیے اس کی کتاب اور ہدایت لے کر آؤں :اَمْ اَرَدْتُّمْ اَنْ یَّحِلَّ عَلَیْکُمْ غَضَبٌ مِّنْ رَّبِّکُمْ فَاَخْلَفْتُمْ مَّوْعِدِیْ ”گویا تمہاری یہ حرکت اللہ تعالیٰ کے غضب کو دعوت دینے کے مترادف ہے۔
