موسیٰؑ نے کہا”اُس کا علم میرے ربّ کے پاس ایک نوشتے میں محفوظ ہے۔ میرا ربّ نہ چُوکتا ہے نہ بھُولتا ہے۔“1

یہ ایک نہایت ہی حکیمانہ جواب ہے جو حضرت موسیٰ نے اس وقت دیا اور اس سے حکمت تبلیغ کا ایک بہترین سبق حاصل ہوتا ہے۔ فرعون کا مقصد، جیسا کہ اوپر بیان ہوا، سامعین کے ، اور ان کے توسط سے پوری قوم کے دلوں میں تعصب کی آگ بھڑکانا تھا۔ اگر حضرت موسیٰ کہتے کہ ہاں وہ سب جاہل اور گمراہ تھے اور سب کے سب جہنم کا ایندھن بنیں گے تو چاہے یہ حق گوئی کا بڑا زبر دست نمونہ ہوتا ، مگر یہ جواب حضرت موسیٰ کے بجائے فرعون کے مقصد کی زیادہ خدمت انجام دیتا۔ اس لیے آنجناب نے کما ل دانائی کے ساتھ ایسا جواب دیا جو بجائے خود حق بھی تھا، اور ساتھ ساتھ اس نے فرعون کے زہریلے دانت بھی توڑ دیے۔ آپ نے فرمایا کہ وہ لوگ جیسے کچھ بھی تھے، اپنا کام کر کے خدا کےہاں جا چکے ہیں۔ میرے پاس ان کے اعمال اور ان کی نیتوں کو جاننے کا کوئی ذریعہ نہیں ہے کہ ان کے بارے میں کوئی حکم لگاؤں۔ ان کا پورا ریکارڈ اللہ کے پاس محفوظ ہے۔ ان کی ایک ایک حرکت اور اس کے محرکات کو خدا جانتا ہے۔ نہ خدا کی نگاہ سے کوئی چیز بچی رہ گئی ہے اور نہ اس کے حافظہ سے کوئی شے محو ہوئی ہے۔ ان سے جو کچھ بھی معاملہ خدا کو کرنا ہے اس کو وہی جانتا ہے۔ مجھے اور تمہیں یہ فکر نہیں ہونی چاہیے کہ ان کا موقف کیا تھا اور ان کا انجام کیا ہوگا۔ ہمیں تو اس کی فکر ہونی چاہیے کہ ہمارا موقف کیا ہے اور ہمیں کس انجام سے دوچار ہونا ہے۔

آیت 52 قَالَ عِلْمُہَا عِنْدَ رَبِّیْ فِیْ کِتٰبٍج لَا یَضِلُّ رَبِّیْ وَلَا یَنْسَی ”میرا رب ہی جانتا ہے کہ ایسے لوگ جن کے پاس اللہ کی طرف سے دعوت لے کر کوئی رسول نہیں آیا ‘ ان کے ساتھ کیا معاملہ ہوگا۔ میرا رب ان تمام لوگوں کے حالات سے خوب واقف ہے ‘ نہ تو اس سے غلطی ہوتی ہے اور نہ ہی وہ بھولتا ہے۔ چناچہ ان کے بارے میں وہ خود ہی مناسب فیصلہ کرے گا۔ حضرت موسیٰ علیہ السلام نے فرعون اور اس کے درباریوں کو یہ مسکت جواب دینے کے بعد اپنی تقریر جاری رکھی :
