  1. وَاضْمُمْاور ملالو
  2. یَدَكَاپنے ہاتھ کو
  3. اِلٰیطرف
  4. جَنَاحِكَاپنے پہلو کے ساتھ۔ اپنے بازو کے ساتھ

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

اور ذرا اپنا ہاتھ اپنی بغل میں دبا، چمکتا ہوا نکلے گا بغیر کسی تکلیف کے۔1 یہ دُوسری نشانی ہے

  1. یعنی روشن ایسا ہوگا جیسے سورج ، مگر تمہیں اس سے کوئی تکلیف نہ ہو گی۔ بائیبل میں یدِ بیضاو کی ایک اور ہی تعبیر کی گئی ہے جو وہاں سے نکل کر ہمارے ہاں تفسیروں میں بھی رواج پا گئی۔ وہ یہ کہ حضرت موسیٰ  نے جب بغل میں ہاتھ ڈال کر باہر نکالا تو پورا ہاتھ برص کے مریض کی طرح سفید تھا، پھر جب دوبارہ اُسے بغل میں رکھا تو وہ اصلی حالت  پر آگیا۔ یہی تعبیر اِس معجزے کی تلمود میں بھی بیان کی گئی ہے اور اس کی حکمت یہ بتائی گئی ہے کہ فرعون کو برص کی بیماری تھی جسے وہ چھپائے ہوئے تھا، اس لیے  اس کے سامنے یہ معجزہ پیش کیا گیا کہ دیکھ یوں آنًا فانًا برص کا مرض پیدا بھی ہوتا ہے اور کافور بھی ہو جاتا ہے۔لیکن اوّل تو ذوق ِ سلیم اس سے اِبا کرتا ہے کہ کسی نبی کو برص کا معجزہ دے کر ایک بادشاہ کے دربار میں بھیجا جائے ۔ دوسرے اگر فرعون کو مخفی طور پر برص کی بیماری تھی تو یدِ بیضاو صرف اُس کی ذات کے لیے معجزہ ہو سکتا تھا ، اس کے درباریوں پر اس معجزے کا کیا رُعب طاری ہوتا۔ لہٰذا صحیح بات وہی ہے  جو ہم نے اوپر بیان کی کہ اس ہاتھ میں سورج کی سی چمک پیدا ہو جاتی تھی جسے دیکھ کر آنکھیں خیرہ ہو جاتیں ۔ قدیم مفسرین میں سے بھی بہتون نے اس کے یہی معنی لیے ہیں۔

اور ذرا اپنا ہاتھ ملاؤ اپنی بغل کے ساتھ وہ نکلے گا چمکتا ہوا بغیر کسی بیماری کے یہ دوسری نشانی ہے

آیت 21 قَالَ خُذْہَا وَلَا تَخَفْوقفۃ ”سورۃ النمل آیت 10 اور سورة القصص آیت 31 میں اس واقعہ کے حوالے سے حضرت موسیٰ علیہ السلام کے خوفزدہ ہوجانے کا ذکر بھی آیا ہے : فَلَمَّا رَاٰہَا تَہْتَزُّ کَاَنَّہَا جَآنٌّ وَّلّٰی مُدْبِرًا وَّلَمْ یُعَقِّبْ ط ”جب انہوں نے دیکھا کہ وہ لاٹھی حرکت کر رہی ہے جیسے کہ وہ ایک سانپ ہو ‘ تو وہ پیٹھ پھیر کر بھاگے اور پیچھے مڑ کر بھی نہ دیکھا“۔ پھر اللہ نے فرمایا کہ آپ ڈریں نہیں بلکہ واپس آئیں اور اس کو پکڑ لیں۔ بہر حال یہاں پر وہ تفصیل بیان نہیں ہوئی۔
