وَقَالُوْااور وہ کہتے ہیں
لَوْلَاکیوں نہیں
یَاْتِیْنَالاتا ہمارے پاس
بِاٰیَةٍکوئی نشانی
مِّنْسے
رَّبِّهٖ ؕاپنے رب کی طرف (سے)
اَوَلَمْکیا نہیں
تَاْتِهِمْآئی ان کے پاس
بَیِّنَةُنشانی
مَاجو
فِیمیں
الصُّحُفِصحیفوں میں ہے
الْاُوْلٰیپہلے
۟

Translation and commentary

Bayan-ul-Quran

اور وہ کہتے ہیں کہ ہمارے پاس کوئی نشانی کیوں نہیں آتی اس کے رب کی طرف سے کیا ان کے پاس نہیں آئیں روشن نشانیاں جو پچھلے صحیفوں میں تھیں

Commentary

آیت 133 وَقَالُوْا لَوْلَا یَاْتِیْنَا بِاٰیَۃٍ مِّنْ رَّبِّہٖ ط ”ہر بات ‘ ہر دلیل کے جواب میں مشرکین مکہ کی ایک ہی رٹ تھی کہ اگر آپ ﷺ اللہ کے بھیجے ہوئے رسول ہیں تو ہمیں کوئی حسیّ معجزہ کیوں نہیں دکھاتے ؟اَوَلَمْ تَاْتِہِمْ بَیِّنَۃُ مَا فِی الصُّحُفِ الْاُوْلٰی ”پہلے آسمانی صحیفوں کی تعلیمات کا قرآن مجید میں موجود ہونا اور خود قرآن کا ان صحیفوں میں بیان کی گئی پیشین گوئیوں کا مصداق بن کر آجانا کیا معجزہ نہیں ہے ؟ اور کیا یہ معجزہ ان کی ہدایت کے لیے کافی نہیں ہے ؟
