- وَلَااور نہ
- تَمُدَّنَّآپ دراز کریں۔ دوڑائیں
- عَیْنَیْكَاپنی دونوں آنکھیں
- اِلٰیطرف
- مَاجو
- مَتَّعْنَااس کے جو فائدہ دیا ہم نے
- بِهٖۤساتھ اس کے
- اَزْوَاجًامختلف قسم کے لوگوں کو
- مِّنْهُمْان میں سے
- زَهْرَةَرونق ہے
- الْحَیٰوةِزندگی کی
- الدُّنْیَا ۙ۬دنیا کی
- لِنَفْتِنَهُمْتاکہ ہم آزمائیں ان کو
- فِیْهِ ؕاس میں
- وَرِزْقُاور رزق
- رَبِّكَتیرے رب کا

اور آپ ﷺ کی نگاہیں نہ اٹھیں ان چیزوں کی طرف جو ہم نے ان میں سے کئی لوگوں کو دی ہوئی ہیں یہ چمک دمک ہے دنیوی زندگی کی تاکہ ہم ان کو اس میں آزمائیں اور آپ ﷺ کے رب کا (عطا کردہ) رزق بہتر اور باقی رہنے والا ہے

Commentary (one passage for ayahs 20:131, 20:132)
آیت 131 وَلَا تَمُدَّنَّ عَیْنَیْکَ اِلٰی مَا مَتَّعْنَا بِہٖٓ اَزْوَاجًا مِّنْہُمْ ”ہو بہو یہی الفاظ سورة الحجر ‘ آیت 88 میں بھی آئے ہیں کہ اے نبی ﷺ ! آپ ! ان کے مال و اسباب اور دنیوی آسائش و آرائش کے سامان کی طرف آنکھ اٹھا کر بھی نہ دیکھیں ‘ مبادا کسی کو گمان ہو کہ آپ ﷺ کی نظروں میں بھی ان چیزوں کی کوئی وقعت اور اہمیت ہے۔زَہْرَۃَ الْحَیٰوۃِ الدُّنْیَالا لِنَفْتِنَہُمْ فِیْہِ ط ” آپ ﷺ تو حقیقت آشنا ہیں ‘ آپ ﷺ تو جانتے ہیں کہ یہ دنیا اور اس کا مال و متاع سب کچھ فانی ہے اور مقصود اس سے صرف لوگوں کی آزمائش ہے۔ سورة الکہف میں اس حقیقت کو اس طرح بیان فرمایا گیا ہے : اِنَّاجَعَلْنَا مَا عَلَی الْاَرْضِ زِیْنَۃً لَّہَا لِنَبْلُوَہُمْ اَیُّہُمْ اَحْسَنُ عَمَلًا ”ہم نے تو جو کچھ بھی زمین پر ہے اسے اس کا بناؤ سنگھار بنایا ہے تاکہ انہیں ہم آزمائیں کہ ان میں کون بہتر ہے عمل میں۔“وَرِزْقُ رَبِّکَ خَیْرٌ وَّاَبْقٰی رض ”اور وہ رزق کون سا ہے ؟ سورة الحجر کی آخری آیات سے موازنہ کریں جن آیات سے ان آیات کی مشابہت کا ذکر کیا گیا ہے تو اس سوال کا جواب ان الفاظ میں ملتا ہے : وَلَقَدْ اٰتَیْنٰکَ سَبْعًا مِّنَ الْمَثَانِیْ وَالْقُرْاٰنَ الْعَظِیْمَ ”اور ہم نے آپ ﷺ کو دی ہیں سات بار بار پڑھی جانے والی آیات اور عظمت والا قرآن۔“یعنی سورة الفاتحہ کی سات آیات ! یہ سورت ایک مؤمن کے لیے زندگی بھر کا وظیفہ ہے۔ ہر نماز کی ہر رکعت میں وہ اس کی تلاوت کرتا ہے۔ گویا یہ روحانی غذا اور روحانی دولت جو ایک مؤمن کو اپنے نبی ﷺ کی وساطت سے عطا ہوئی ہے ‘ دنیوی مال و متاع سے کہیں زیادہ عمدہ اور کہیں زیادہ باقی رہنے والی ہے۔
