اِن سے کہو اگر واقعی اللہ کے نزدیک آخرت کا گھر تمام انسانوں کو چھوڑ کر صرف تمہارے ہی لیے مخصُوص ہے ،تب تو تمہیں چاہیے کہ موت کی تمنّا کرو1، اگر تم اس خیال میں سچےّ ہو

یہ ایک تعریض اور نہایت لطیف تعریض ہے اُن کی دُنیا پرستی پر ۔ جن لوگوں کو واقعی دارِ آخرت سے کوئی لگا ؤ ہوتا ہے، وہ دُنیا پر مَرے نہیں جاتے اور نہ موت سے ڈرتے ہیں۔ مگر یہُودیوں کا حال اس کے برعکس تھا اور ہے۔

Commentary
آیت 94 قُلْ اِنْ کَانَتْ لَکُمُ الدَّارُ الْاٰخِرَۃُ عِنْدَ اللّٰہِ خَالِصَۃً مِّنْ دُوْنِ النَّاسِ یعنی تمہارے لیے جنت مخصوص reserve ہوچکی ہے اور تم مرتے ہی جنت میں پہنچا دیے جاؤگے۔ فَتَمَنَّوُا الْمَوْتَ اِنْ کُنْتُمْ صٰدِقِیْنَ ۔ اگر تمہیں جنت میں داخل ہونے کا اتنا ہی یقین ہے پھر تو دنیا میں رہنا تم پر گراں ہونا چاہیے۔ یہاں تو بہت سی کلفتیں ہیں ‘ یہاں تو انسان کو بڑی مشقتّ اور شدید کو فت اٹھانی پڑجاتی ہے۔ جس شخص کو یہ یقین ہو کہ اس دنیا کے بعد آخرت کی زندگی ہے اور وہاں میرا مقام جنت میں ہے تو اسے یہ زندگی اثاثہ asset نہیں ‘ ذمہّ داری liability معلوم ہونی چاہیے۔ اسے تو دنیا قید خانہ نظر آنی چاہیے ‘ جیسے حدیث ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا : اَلدُّنْیَا سِجْنُ الْمُؤْمِنِ وَجَنَّۃُ الْکَافِرِ 10 دنیا مؤمن کے لیے قید خانہ اور کافر کے لیے جنت ہے۔ اگر کسی شخص کا آخرت پر ایمان ہے اور اللہ کے ساتھ اس کا معاملہ خلوص پر مبنی ہے نہ کہ دھوکہ بازی پر تو اس کا کم سے کم تقاضا یہ ہے کہ اسے دنیا میں زیادہ دیر تک زندہ رہنے کی آرزو تو نہ ہو۔ اس کا جائزہ ہر شخص خود لگا سکتا ہے ‘ ازروئے الفاظ قرآنی : بَلِ الْاِنْسَانُ عَلٰی نَفْسِہٖ بَصِیْرَۃٌ القیٰمۃ بلکہ آدمی اپنے لیے آپ دلیل ہے۔ ہر انسان کو خوب معلوم ہے کہ میں کہاں کھڑا ہوں۔ آپ کا دل آپ کو بتادے گا کہ آپ اللہ کے ساتھ دھوکہ بازی کر رہے ہیں یا آپ کا معاملہ خلوص و اخلاص پر مبنی ہے۔ اگر واقعتا خلوص اور اخلاص والا معاملہ ہے تو پھر تو یہ کیفیت ہونی چاہیے جس کا نقشہ اس حدیث نبوی ﷺ میں کھینچا گیا ہے : کُنْ فِی الدُّنْیَا کَاَنَّکَ غَرِیْبٌ اَوْ عَابِرُ سَبِیْلٍ 11 دنیا میں اس طرح رہو گویا تم اجنبی ہو یا مسافر ہو۔ پھر تو یہ دنیا باغ نہیں قید خانہ نظر آنی چاہیے ‘ جس میں انسان مجبوراً رہتا ہے۔ پھر زاویۂ نگاہ یہ ہونا چاہیے کہ اللہ نے مجھے یہاں بھیجا ہے ‘ لہٰذا ایک معینّ مدت کے لیے یہاں رہنا ہے اور جو جو ذمہ داریاں اس کی طرف عائد کی گئی ہیں وہ ادا کرنی ہیں۔ لیکن اگر یہاں رہنے کی خواہش دل میں موجود ہے تو پھر یا تو آخرت پر ایمان نہیں یا اپنا معاملہ اللہ کے ساتھ خلوص و اخلاص پر مبنی نہیں۔ یہ گویا لٹمس ٹیسٹ ہے۔
