- اٰمَنَایمان لائے
- الرَّسُوْلُرسول
- بِمَاۤساتھ اس کے جو
- اُنْزِلَنازل کیا گیا
- اِلَیْهِطرف اس کے
- مِنْطرف سے
- رَّبِّهٖاس کے رب کی
- وَالْمُؤْمِنُوْنَ ؕاورسارے مومن اور
- كُلٌّسارے کے سارے
- اٰمَنَایمان لائے
- بِاللّٰهِاللہ پر
- وَمَلٰٓىِٕكَتِهٖاور اس کے فرشتوں پر
- وَكُتُبِهٖاوراس کی کتابوں پر
- وَرُسُلِهٖ ۫اور اس کے رسولوں پر
- لَانہیں
- نُفَرِّقُہم فرق کرتے
- بَیْنَدرمیان
- اَحَدٍکسی ایک کے
- مِّنْمیں سے
- رُّسُلِهٖ ۫اس کے رسولوں
- وَقَالُوْااور انہوں نے کہا
- سَمِعْنَاسنا ہم نے
- وَاَطَعْنَا ؗۗاور اطاعت کی ہم نے
- غُفْرَانَكَچاہتے ہیں ہم تیری بخشش
- رَبَّنَااے ہمارے رب
- وَاِلَیْكَاور طرف تیرے ہی
- الْمَصِیْرُپلٹنا ہے

Translation and commentary
Tafheem-ul-Quran
رسُول اُس ہدایت پر ایمان لایا ہے جو اس کے ربّ کی طرف سے اس پر نازل ہوئی ہے۔ اور جو لوگ اِس رسُول کے ماننے والے ہیں، انہوں نے بھی اس ہدایت کو دل سے تسلیم کر لیا ہے۔ یہ سب اللہ اور اس کے فرشتوں اور اس کی کتابوں اور اس کے رسولوں کو مانتے ہیں اور ان کا قول یہ ہے کہ ”ہم اللہ کے رسولوں کو ایک دوسرے سے الگ نہیں کرتے ، ہم نے حکم سُنا اور اطاعت قبول کی۔ مالک !ہم تجھ سے خطابخشی کے طالب ہیں اور ہمیں تیری ہی طرف پلٹنا ہے۔1“

اس آیت میں تفصیلات سے قطع نظر کر کے اسلام کے عقائد اور اسلامی طرزِ عمل کا خلاصہ بیان کر دیا گیا ہے اور وہ یہ ہے : اللہ کو، اس کے فرشتوں کو، اور اس کی کتابوں کو ماننا۔ اس کے تمام رسولوں کو تسلیم کرنا بغیر اس کے کہ ان کے درمیان فرق کیا جائے ( یعنی کسی کو مانا جائے اور کسی کو نہ مانا جائے)۔ اور اس امر کو تسلیم کرنا کہ آخر کار ہمیں اس کے حضور میں حاضر ہونا ہے۔ یہ پانچ امور اسلام کے بنیادی عقائد ہیں۔ اِن عقائد کو قبول کرنے کے بعد ایک مسلمان کے لیے صحیح طرزِ عمل یہ ہے کہ اللہ کی طرف سے جو حکم پہنچے، اُسے وہ بسر و چشم قبول کرے، اس کی اطاعت کرے، اور اپنے حسنِ عمل پر غرّہ نہ کرے، بلکہ اللہ سے عفو و درگزر کی درخواست کرتا رہے۔
