  1. وَاِنْاور اگر
  2. كَانَہے (وہ مقروض)
  3. ذُوْوالا
  4. عُسْرَةٍتنگی۔ تنگدست
  5. فَنَظِرَةٌتو مہلت دیتا ہے
  6. اِلٰیتک
  7. مَیْسَرَةٍ ؕآسانی
  8. وَاَنْاور یہ کہ۔ اگر
  9. تَصَدَّقُوْاتم صدقہ کرو
  10. خَیْرٌبہتر ہے
  11. لَّكُمْتمہارے لیے
  12. اِنْاگر
  13. كُنْتُمْہو تم
  14. تَعْلَمُوْنَتم جانتے

Tafheem-ul-Quran

تمہارا قرض دار تنگ دست ہو تو ہاتھ کھُلنے تک اُسے مہلت دو، اور جو صد قہ کردو ، تو یہ تمہارے لیے زیادہ بہتر ہے، اگر تم سمجھو1

  1. اسی آیت  سے شریعت میں یہ حکم نکا لا گیا ہے کہ جو شخص ادائے قرض سے عاجز ہوگیا ہو ، اسلامی عدالت اس کے قرض  خواہوں کو مجبور کرے گی کہ اُسے مہلت دیں، اور بعض حالات میں وہ پورا قرض یا قرض کا ایک حصّہ معاف بھی کرانے کی مجاز ہو گی۔ حدیث میں آتا ہے کہ ایک شخص کے کاروبار میں گھاٹا آگیا اور اس پر قرضوں کا بار بہت چڑھ گیا ۔ معاملہ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آیا۔ آپ نے لوگوں سے اپیل کی کہ اپنے اس بھائی کی مدد کرو۔ چنانچہ بہت سے لوگوں نے اس کو مالی امداد دی۔ مگر قرضے پھر بھی صاف نہ ہوسکے۔ تب آپ  نے اس کے قرض خواہوں سے فرمایا کہ جوکچھ حاضر ہے، بس وہی لے کر اسے چھوڑ دو، اس سے زیادہ تمہیں نہیں دلوایا جا سکتا ۔ فقہا نے تصریح کی ہے کہ ایک شخص کے رہنے کا مکان، کھانے کے برتن، پہنّے کے کپڑے اور وہ آلات  جن سے وہ اپنی روزی کماتا ہو، کسی حالت میں قرق نہیں کیے جا  سکتے۔
