  10. یُّبَدِّلْبدل دے گا
  11. نِعْمَةَنعمت کو
  12. اللّٰهِاللہ کی
  13. مِنْسے
  14. بَعْدِاس کے بعد
  15. مَاجو
  16. جَآءَتْهُآگئی اس کے پاس
  17. فَاِنَّتو بیشک
  18. اللّٰهَاللہ
  19. شَدِیْدُسخت
  20. الْعِقَابِسزا والا ہے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

بنی اسرئیل سے پوچھو: کیسی کھلی کھلی نشانیاں ہم نے انھیں دکھائی ہیں(اور پھر یہ بھی ان ہی سے پوچھ لو کہ )اللہ کی نعمت پانے کے بعد جو قوم اس کو شقاوت سے بدلتی ہے اسے اللہ کیسی سخت سزا دیتا ہے۔1

  1. اس سوال کے لیے بنی اسرائیل کا انتخاب دو وجُوہ سے کیا گیا ہے۔ ایک یہ کہ آثار قدیمہ کے بے زبان کھنڈروں کی بہ نسبت ایک جیتی جاگتی قوم زیادہ بہتر سامانِ عبرت و بصیرت ہے۔  دُوسرے یہ کہ بنی اسرائیل وہ قوم ہے، جس کو کتاب اور نبوّت کی مشعل دے کر دُنیا کی رہنمائی کے منصب پر مامور کیا گیا تھا، اور پھر اس نے دُنیا پرستی، نفاق اور علم و عمل کی ضلالتوں میں مُبتلا ہو کر اس نعمت سے اپنے آپ کو محرُوم کر لیا۔ لہٰذا  جو گروہ  اس قوم کے بعد  امامت کے منصب پر مامور ہوا ہے، س کو سب سے بہتر سبق اگر کسی کے انجام سے مِل سکتا ہے ، تو وہ یہی قوم ہے۔

Bayan-ul-Quran

پوچھ لو بنی اسرائیل سے ہم نے انہیں کتنی روشن نشانیاں دیں اور جو کوئی بدل ڈالے اللہ کی نعمت کو بعد اس کے کہ وہ اس کے پاس آگئی ہو تو (وہ جان لے کہ) اللہ سزا دینے میں بھی سخت ہے

Commentary

آیت 211 سَلْ بَنِیْٓ اِسْرَآءِ ‘ یْلَ کَمْ اٰتَیْنٰہُمْ مِّنْ اٰیَۃٍم بَیِّنَۃٍ ط یعنی اے مسلمانو ! دیکھو کہیں تم بھی ان ہی کے راستے پر نہ چلنا۔ جیسا کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے آگاہ فرمایا تھا : لَتَتَّبِعُنَّ سَنَنَ مَنْ قَبْلَکُمْ شِبْرًا بِشِبْرٍ وَذِرَاعًا بِذِرَاعٍ ‘ حَتّٰی لَوْ سَلَکُوْا جُحْرَ ضَبٍّ لَسَلَکْتُمُوْہُ قُلْنَا : یَارَسُوْلَ اللّٰہِ الْیَھُوْدَ وَالنَّصَارٰی ؟ قَالَ : فَمَنْ ؟ 26تم لازماً اپنے سے پہلوں کے طور طریقوں کی پیروی کرو گے ‘ بالشت کے مقابلے میں بالشت اور ہاتھ کے مقابلے میں ہاتھ۔ یہاں تک کہ اگر وہ گوہ کے بل میں گھسے ہوں گے تو تم بھی گھس کر رہو گے۔ ہم نے عرض کیا : اے اللہ کے رسول ﷺ ! یہود و نصاریٰ کی ؟ آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا : تو اور کس کی ؟وَمَنْ یُّبَدِّلْ نِعْمَۃَ اللّٰہِ مِنْم بَعْدِ مَا جَآءَ ‘ تْہُ فَاِنَّ اللّٰہَ شَدِیْدُ الْعِقَابِ ۔ جو کوئی اللہ کی نعمت کو پانے کے بعد اس میں تبدیلی کرتا ہے ‘ یا اس میں تحریف کرتا ہے یا خود غلط روش اختیار کرتا ہے تو اس کو جان لینا چاہیے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ اس طرز عمل پر بہت سخت سزا دیتا ہے۔ بنی اسرائیل ہی کی مثال ہمارے سامنے موجود ہے کہ قرآن حکیم میں ان سے دو مرتبہ فرمایا گیا : یٰبَنِیْٓ اِسْرَآءِ یْلَ اذْکُرُوْا نِعْمَتِیَ الَّتِیْٓ اَنْعَمْتُ عَلَیْکُمْ وَاَ نِّیْ فَضَّلْتُکُمْ عَلَی الْعٰلَمِیْنَ البقرۃ اے بنی اسرائیل ! یاد کرو میرے اس انعام کو جو میں نے تم پر کیا اور یہ کہ میں نے تمہیں فضیلت عطا کی تمام اہل عالم پر۔ لیکن پھر ان ہی کے بارے میں فرمایا گیا : وَضُرِبَتْ عَلَیْہِمُ الذِّلَّۃُ وَالْمَسْکَنَۃُق وَبَآءُ وْ بِغَضَبٍ مِّنَ اللّٰہِ ط البقرۃ : 61 اور ان پرّ ذلت و خواری اور محتاجی و کم ہمتی تھوپ دی گئی اور وہ اللہ کا غضب لے کر لوٹے۔ اور یہ مضمون بھی سورة آل عمران میں دوبارہ آئے گا۔
