- وَاذْكُرُوااور یاد کرو
- اللّٰهَاللہ کو
- فِیْۤمیں
- اَیَّامٍدنوں
- مَّعْدُوْدٰتٍ ؕگنے چنے
- فَمَنْتو جو کوئی
- تَعَجَّلَجلدی کرے
- فِیْمیں
- یَوْمَیْنِدو دنوں
- فَلَاۤتو نہیں ہے
- اِثْمَکوئی گناہ
- عَلَیْهِ ۚاس پر
- وَمَنْاور جو
- تَاَخَّرَتاخیر کرے۔ دیرے کرے
- فَلَاۤتو نہیں ہے
- اِثْمَکوئی گناہ
- عَلَیْهِ ۙاس پر
- لِمَنِواسطے اس کے جو
- اتَّقٰی ؕتقوی اختیار کرے
- وَاتَّقُوااور ڈرو
- اللّٰهَاللہ سے
- وَاعْلَمُوْۤااور جان لو
- اَنَّكُمْبیشک تم
- اِلَیْهِاس کی طرف
- تُحْشَرُوْنَتم اکٹھے کیے جاؤ گے

Translation and commentary
Tafheem-ul-Quran
یہ گنتی کے چندروز ہیں ، جو تمہیں اللہ کے یاد میں بسر کرنے چاہئیں۔ پھر جو کوئی جلدی کرکےدو ہی دن میں واپس ہو گیا تو کوئی حرج نہیں، اور جو کچھ دیر زیادہ ٹھیر کرپلٹا تو بھی کوئی حرج نہیں۔1 بشرطیکہ یہ دن اس نے تقوٰی کے ساتھ بسر کیے ہوں۔۔۔۔ اللہ کی نافرمانی سے بچو اور خوب جان رکھو کہ ایک روز اس کے حضور میں تمہاری پیشی ہونے والی ہے

یعنی ایّامِ تشریق میں منٰی سے مکّے کی طرف واپسی خواہ 12 ذی الحجہ کو ہو یا تیرھویں تاریخ کو، دونوں صُورتوں میں کوئی حرج نہیں ۔ اصل اہمیّت اس کی نہیں کہ تم ٹھیرے کتنے دن، بلکہ اس کی ہے کہ جتنے دن بھی ٹھیرے ان میں خدا کے ساتھ تمہارے تعلق کا کیا حال رہا۔ خدا کا ذکر کرتے رہے یا میلوں ٹھیلوں میں لگے رہے۔
