پھر اگر وہ باز آجائیں، تو جان لو کہ اللہ معاف کرنے والا اور رحم فرمانے والاہے۔1

یعنی تم جس خدا پر ایمان لائے ہو، اس کی صفت یہ ہے کہ بدتر سے بدتر مجرم اور گناہ گار کو بھی معاف کر دیتا ہے، جبکہ وہ اپنی باغیانہ روش سے باز آجائے ۔ یہی صفت تم اپنے اندر بھی پیدا کرو۔ تخلّقو ا با خلاق اللہ ۔تمہاری لڑائی انتقام کی پیاس بُجھانے کے لیے نہ ہو بلکہ خدا کے دین کا راستہ صاف کرنے کے لیے ہو۔ جب تک کوئی گروہ راہِ خدا میں مزاحم رہے، بس اُسی وقت تک اس سے تمہاری لڑائی بھی رہے، اور جب وہ اپنا رویہ چھوڑ دے، تو تمہارا ہاتھ بھِ پھر اُس پر نہ اُٹھے۔

آیت 191 وَاقْتُلُوْہُمْ حَیْثُ ثَقِفْتُمُوْہُمْ وَاَخْرِجُوْہُمْ مِّنْ حَیْثُ اَخْرَجُوْکُمْ مہاجرین مکہ مکرمہ سے نکالے گئے تھے ‘ وہاں پرٌ محمد رسول اللہ ﷺ اور آپ ﷺ کے ساتھی اہل ایمان پر قافیہ حیات تنگ کردیا گیا تھا۔ تبھی تو آپ ﷺ نے ہجرت کی۔ اب حکم دیا جا رہا ہے کہ نکالو انہیں وہاں سے جہاں سے انہوں نے تمہیں نکالا ہے۔ وَالْفِتْنَۃُ اَشَدُّ مِنَ الْقَتْلِ ج ۔ کفار و مشرکین سے قتال کے ضمن میں کہیں یہ خیال نہ آئے کہ قتل اور خونریزی بری بات ہے۔ یاد رکھو کہ فتنہ اس سے بھی زیادہ بری بات ہے۔ فتنہ کیا ہے ؟ ایسے حالات جن میں انسان خدائے واحد کی بندگی نہ کرسکے ‘ اسے غلط کاموں پر مجبور کیا جائے ‘ وہ حرام خوری پر مجبور ہوگیا ہو ‘ یہ سارے حالات فتنہ ہیں۔ تو واضح رہے کہ قتل اور خونریزی اتنی بری شے نہیں ہے جتنی فتنہ ہے۔ وَلاَ تُقٰتِلُوْہُمْ عِنْدَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ حَتّٰی یُقٰتِلُوْکُمْ فِیْہِ ج فَاِنْ قٰتَلُوْکُمْ فَاقْتُلُوْہُمْ ط پھر اگر وہ تم سے جنگ کریں تو ان کو قتل کرو۔
