  5. جَنَفًاطرف داری کا

  7. اِثْمًاگناہ کا
  8. فَاَصْلَحَتو اصلاح کرا دے
  9. بَیْنَهُمْان کے درمیان
  10. فَلَاۤتو نہیں ہے
  11. اِثْمَکوئی گناہ
  12. عَلَیْهِ ؕاس پر
  13. اِنَّبیشک
  14. اللّٰهَاللہ
  15. غَفُوْرٌبخشنے والا
  16. رَّحِیْمٌبڑا مہربان ہے

Tafheem-ul-Quran

البتہ جس کو یہ اندیشہ ہو کہ وصیت کرنے والے نے نادانستہ یا قصداً حق تلفی کی ہے، اور پھر معاملے سے تعلق رکھنے والوں کے درمیان وہ اصلاح کرے، تو اس پر کچھ گناہ نہیں ہے، اللہ بخشنے والا اور رحم فرمانے والا ہے

Bayan-ul-Quran

پھر جس کو اندیشہ ہو کسی وصیت کرنے والے کی طرف سے جانب داری یا حق تلفی کا اور وہ ان کے مابین صلح کرا دے تو اس پر کوئی گناہ نہیں ہے یقیناً اللہ تعالیٰ بخشنے والا رحم فرمانے والا ہے

Commentary

آیت 182 فَمَنْ خَافَ مِنْ مُّوْصٍ جَنَفًا اَوْ اِثْمًا اگر کسی کو یہ اندیشہ ہو اور دیانت داری کے ساتھ اس کی یہ رائے ہو کہ وصیت کرنے والے نے ٹھیک وصیت نہیں کی ‘ بلکہ بےجا جانبداری کا مظاہرہ کیا ہے یا کسی کی حق تلفی کر کے گناہ کمایا ہے۔فَاَصْلَحَ بَیْنَہُمْ اس طرح کے اندیشے کے بعد کسی نے ورثاء کو جمع کیا اور ان سے کہا کہ دیکھو ‘ ان کی وصیت تو یہ تھی ‘ لیکن اس میں یہ زیادتی والی بات ہے ‘ اگر تم لوگ متفق ہوجاؤ تو اس میں اتنی تبدیلی کردی جائے ؟فَلَآ اِثْمَ عَلَیْہِ ط۔ یعنی ایسی بات نہیں ہے کہ اس وصیت کو ایسا تقدس حاصل ہوگیا کہ اب اس میں کوئی تبدیلی نہیں ہوسکتی ‘ بلکہ باہمی مشورے سے اور اصلاح کے جذبے سے وصیت میں تغیر و تبدل ہوسکتا ہے
