Commentary
آیت 54 وَاذْکُرْ فِی الْْکِتٰبِ اِسْمٰعِیْلَز اِنَّہٗ کَانَ صَادِقَ الْوَعْدِ ”یہ خصوصی طور پر اس وعدے کی طرف اشارہ ہے جو آپ علیہ السلام نے اپنے والد ماجد حضرت ابراہیم علیہ السلام سے ان الفاظ میں کیا تھا : یٰٓاَبَتِ افْعَلْ مَا تُؤْمَرُز سَتَجِدُنِیْٓ اِنْ شَآء اللّٰہُ مِنَ الصّٰبِرِیْنَ الصّٰفٰت ”ابا جان آپ کر گزرئیے جو آپ علیہ السلام کو حکم ہوا ہے ‘ مجھے آپ ان شاء اللہ صابرین میں سے پائیں گے“۔ یوں آپ علیہ السلام نے ذبح ہونے کے لیے اپنی گردن پیش کردی اور اس سلسلے میں صبر کرنے کا جو وعدہ کیا تھا آخر وقت تک اسے نبھایا۔وَکَانَ رَسُوْلًا نَّبِیًّا ”جیسا کہ ”رسول نبی“ کا مفہوم بیان کرتے ہوئے قبل ازیں وضاحت کی جا چکی ہے کہ حضرت اسماعیل علیہ السلام مزاج کے اعتبار سے بہت متحرک اور فعال تھے اس لیے آپ علیہ السلام کو رَسُولاً نَبِیًّا کا لقب عطا ہوا ہے۔ اس ضمن میں اس سے قبل حضرت حمزہ رض کے مزاج کی بھی مثال دی گئی ہے۔ حضرت حمزہ رض حضرت اسماعیل علیہ السلام کی نسل میں سے بھی تھے اور آپ رض کی شخصیت حضرت اسماعیل علیہ السلام کی شخصیت سے بہت مشابہت بھی رکھتی تھی۔
