  1. یٰۤاَبَتِاے میرے اباجان
  2. لَانہ
  3. تَعْبُدِعبادت کیجئے
  4. الشَّیْطٰنَ ؕشیطان کی
  5. اِنَّکیونکہ

  7. كَانَہے
  8. لِلرَّحْمٰنِرحمن کے لیے

Translation and commentary

Tafheem-ul-Quran

ابّا جان، آپ شیطان کی بندگی نہ کریں،1 شیطان تو رحمٰن کا نافرمان ہے

  1. اصل الفاظ ہیں  لَا تَعْبُدِ الشَّیْطٰن ،  یعنی”شیطان کی عبادت نہ کریں“۔ اگرچہ حضرت ابراہیم ؑ کے والد اور قوم کے دوسرے لوگ عبادت بُتوں کی کرتے تھے، لیکن چونکہ اطاعت وہ شیطان کی کر رہے تھے ، اس لیے حضرت ابراہیم نے ان کی اِس اطاعتِ شیطان کو بھی عبادتِ شیطان قرار دیا۔ اس سے معلوم ہوا کہ عبادت محض پوجا اور پرستش ہی کا نام  نہیں بلکہ اطاعت کا نام بھی ہے۔ نیز اس سے یہ بھی معلوم ہوا کہ اگر کوئی شخص کسی پر لعنت کرتے ہوئے بھی اس کی بندگی بجا لائے تو وہ اُس کی عبادت کا مجرم ہے ، کیونکہ شیطان بہر حال کسی زمانے میں بھی لوگوں کا ”معبود“ (بمعنی معروف) نہیں رہا ہے بلکہ ان کے نام پر ہر زمانے میں لوگ لعنت ہی بھیجتے رہے ہیں۔ (تشریح کے لیے ملاحظہ ہو تفہیم القرآن ، جلد سوم، الکہف، حاشیہ 49 – 5۰)۔
