  9. وَالْاَرْضِ ؕاور زمین کے
  10. اَبْصِرْکیا خوب دیکھنے والا ہے

Tafheem-ul-Quran

تم کہو، اللہ ان کے قیام کی مدّت زیادہ جانتا ہے، آسمانوں اور زمین کے سب پوشیدہ احوال اُسی کو معلوم ہیں، کیا خوب ہے وہ دیکھنے والا اور سننے والا! زمین و آسمان کی مخلوقات کا کوئی خبرگیر اُس کے سوا نہیں، اور وہ اپنی حکومت میں کسی کو شریک نہیں کرتا

آپ کہیے کہ اللہ بہتر جانتا ہے اس میں جتنا (عرصہ) وہ رہے اسی کے لیے ہے آسمانوں اور زمین کا غیب کیا ہی خوب ہے وہ اس کو دیکھنے والا اور کیا ہی خوب ہے وہ سننے والا اس کے سوا ان کا کوئی مددگار نہیں اور وہ شریک نہیں کرتا اپنے حکم میں کسی کو بھی

Commentary

آیت 26 قُلِ اللّٰهُ اَعْلَمُ بِمَا لَبِثُوْایعنی اس بحث میں بھی پڑنے کی ضرورت نہیں کہ وہ غار میں کتنا عرصہ سوئے رہے۔ اس کا جواب بھی آپ ان کو یہی دیں کہ اس مدت کے بارے میں بھی اللہ ہی بہتر جانتا ہے۔مَا لَهُمْ مِّنْ دُوْنِهٖ مِنْ وَّلِيٍّ ۡ وَّلَا يُشْرِكُ فِيْ حُكْمِهٖٓ اَحَدًااس کے سوا ان کا کوئی ساتھی کارساز مددگار حمایتی اور پشت پناہ نہیں ہے۔ لفظ ”ولی“ ان سب معانی کا احاطہ کرتا ہے۔ وہ اپنے اختیار اور اپنی حاکمیت کے حق میں کسی دوسرے کو شریک نہیں کرتا۔ یہ توحید حاکمیت ہے۔ اس بارے میں سورة یوسف آیت 40 و 67 میں اس طرح ارشاد ہوا : اِنِ الْحُکْمُ الاَّ لِلّٰہِ ”اختیار مطلق تو صرف اللہ ہی کا ہے“۔ جبکہ سورة بنی اسرائیل کی آخری آیت میں یوں فرمایا گیا : وَلَمْ یَکُنْ لَّہٗ شَرِیْکٌ فِی الْْمُلْکِ ”اور اس کا کوئی شریک نہیں ہے بادشاہت میں۔“
